The overall hotel, staff was pleasant and extremely nice.

Cons:

We didn’t know that booking through a 3rd party would not allow us to have a handicap room. My husband being an amputee we had to use the desk chair for him to shower.

Great Location
Pros:

The property is well-kept, and the service was exceptionally friendly.
The rooms are a generous size and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, and Drybar products. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to reach various destinations and walk to nearby restaurants and the waterfront. Additionally, the parking options—both the nearby lots and the valet service—made coming and going at any time very simple.

Cons:

On Friday night of our stay it was fairly loud until 2am. You could hear continuous music playing and people who had way to much to drink.

Great location. Not typical breakfast.

Location and the Italian restaurant next to the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was a grab and go, which was not mentioned during the booking. There was a $20 limit but the food items had no price tag for guests to know the cost. Some of the receptionists were nonchalant and surprisingly not receptive to guests checking in and checking out.
