Prijs niet goedkoop maar je zit nu eenmaal aan de Cote d'Azur...
Pros:

We konden meteen de parking op een tweetal uur voor de check in ! Prima dus want anders dien je op zoek naar een betalende parking voor een paar uur.
Locatie top, vlak bij de zee ( 50 meter). In het centrum.

Cons:

Probleempje met elektriciteit. Er werkte maar een stopcontact in onze kamer. Niet handig om GSM edm op te laden.
's Morgens eventjes volledig hotel zonder elektriciteit. Werd meteen opgelost.
Opstelling ontbijt zeer krap. Voor verbetering vatbaar. Wel lekker het ontbijt.

Piccolo e confortevole
Pros:

Personale accogliente, con addetta alla reception che parlava italiano. Posizione strategica vicino al centro, al lungomare ed al porto dove partivano i traghetti per la baia, compresa saint tropez.
Camera perfetta per brevi soggiorni.
Parcheggio riservato per gli ospiti.

Seaview doesn't exist. Tiny side seaview exists.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The "seaview" is not seaview. It's a tiny view of the sea from the side. You're actually facing another block of apartments and people staring backst you in their balconies. That's the best seaview you can get here. Very deceiving.

The deckchairs in our balcony were dirty with bird poop. They weren't part of the cleaning process.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Sainte-Maxime
Pros:

The reception area has been recently renovated, and the staff were extremely attentive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast, although relatively small, was quite complete considering the very reasonable price of €15 per person, and items were replenished quickly whenever needed. Our room was spacious, with an excellent balcony, and some features, such as the headboard with integrated lighting and power outlets, appeared to be newly renovated.

Cons:

The bathroom does not have a window, and the lack of an exhaust fan makes it quite humid. We also felt that the bathroom could benefit from a more thorough cleaning.

I felt Hotel was not taken care of enough last years. It is expensive for what it is.
Pros:

The location is good but I stayed this hotel 2 years ago it was much better. I found it a bit aged and not taken care of a lot.

Cons:

The case was not working in the room. The sofa was quite dirty. The room was basic, no mirror in the room just tv. The WiFi was not great.
