Easy to find and excellent location !!!!

Nice area near to public transport and shops. Staff are friendly.

Friendly & welcoming staff, very convenient location, the only problem very Poor WiFi system …

No working shower and smell of damp so off putting. The only good thing was location. Overall not worth the money.

The pictures make it seem bigger than what it really as but as most hotels in France, all spaces in this hotel is small. The pictures make it seem they have spacious spaces but in reality they were matchboxes rooms, starting from the lift that was less than half a meter deep, the bathroom which i had to be a contortionist to use. The only positive is the rate but i don’t think i got my money’s worth for it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is basic but was sufficient for myself. Air conditioning was a must and worked perfectly I would return. .

Staff and service was excellent. The position of the toilet did mean you had to sit on it sideways, and the showers temperate had a mind of its own, quickly fluctuating between very hot and cold. I would supervise children in the shower with its quick change in temp.

Convenient location, friendly staff, close to public transport and clean. Was a small space but had everything I needed.

Much better than expected. I had a room for three people on one of the higher floors and everything was great. the walls really are thin, but all people in surrounding rooms were respectful and kep the noise down, my guests and I all had a good night sleep. Both men at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The condition of the hotel could be better and some small things were lacking, but overall this hotel is great for a short stay.

The room so small, hair dryer broken, shower door not closing properly, but it’s in the heart of nice close to cafes, restaurants and shopping district.

The air conditioner did not work and made my stay very uncomfortable

Great location and great staff. Property is outdated and elevator is tiny. The rooms are relatively small and the bathroom area is tiny. You can’t move around and have to have the door open so you can have some space to move.

The property is located with good proximity to Jean Medicin street in Nice and Nice Ville station. An opportunity exist to improve the guest stay if they included a jug, tea cups and tea spoons.

Well-located, friendly staff. Breakfast definitely worth the charge. WiFi was wonky at best, which was frustrating. My room door wouldn’t close unless I used the key to turn the handle, again, frustrating. Shower was a good size but the toilet was angled into the bathroom in a way that made things difficult.

Not good property. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel. I stay for 1 week in May 2025.

Small rooms, thin walls but excellent location which is close to the shops and the train station. Reception staff are friendly.
