Close to market , Good budget hotel . Dana pani Resturant snd Sagar Ratna very close to the hotel .

Good service ,good cleaned,andbest locality .The only thing is that the way of dining hall is from outside which is very uncomfortable in night.

The restaurant has a limited menu and the staff is more interested in tips mostly rather than good service. Not good value for money

It was just a normal stay. Backside rooms are not worth.

I think one can find a better property at that price. This is a bit before village - on the opposite side of the river.

This is one hotel I wouldn't recommend to anybody. Eminently avoidable. Very rude staff and terrible service. The location isn't too hot either.

Pleasantly located in the main market area of Pahalgam. Nice rooms. Hot water not available 24 hours. Breakfast same everyday , monotonous, and could have been better

The staff is courteous and helpful. Wi-Fi wasn't available in the room and at the reception. You have to go backyard office for the same.

We had booked a regular room for two but the awesome management upgraded us to the cottage since nobody was occupying it then.
The staff was so concerned over our food and well being that it felt like home.
The cottage at Volga tops even the best hotel there.
Highly recommended.

Hotel is average and so was breakfast. But the staff is very cooperative and helpful. I booked the room for my parents. The taxi driver they hired for 4 days created problem for them and left them in the middle and asked for extra money to complete the journey. But I am really thankful to the manager of hotel. He helped my parents in all possible ways and made their trip very comfortable. He arranged for the alternate taxi for them. Its a nice budget hotel.

It was good, but didn't had complimentary breakfast though i made a booking with it. Finally ended up paying the same.

We had booked Budget room with Breakfast for two days from 12th August to 14th August.Due to unavoidable circumstances, could not reach Pahalgam on 12th,instead reached on 13th.On 11th August,spoke to Hotel Management,followed by SMS on 12th,requesting for return of one day rates as stayed only for a day.They said no,we requested for up gradation of room or provide free dinner for compensation,they did not oblige.Service was also not up to mark.We want recommend this hotel to others.

If u r looking for a budget hotel then volga is good. The room was not very nicely done but was not bad either. The only issue is the washroom which was dark and gloomy. The hotel compound is green with a small park.

Out of my complete tour of srinagar I found soft spoken inhouse staff only at volga.

Dear Volga, kindly keep this up because tourist want respect.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Easily accessible from market. Good for budget oriented people.
