I didn't like anything about this Hotel. Our room and bathroom were dirt. The room had never been cleaned from the previous guest.
Upon arrival, there was a homeless man standing outside the casino begging guests for money. To make matters worse, one of the rooms we booked was completely dirty. The bedding on both beds had clearly not been changed from the previous guests. When our daughter called the front desk to request fresh linens, she was told she had to come down and get them herself because housekeeping was unavailable.
The lack of cleanliness didn't stop there. The armchair in the room was covered in stains, there was trash left under the bathroom cabinet, and the shower curtain was visibly dirty. For the amount of money we paid to stay at the Apache Hotel, the rooms should have been spotless. This was far from a five-star experience.
It was easy to find and the security was very good
With the price it’s asking for I’d expect a smart TV, better beds or at least a microwave in the room.
Hallway on first floor smelled like an old smoking room.
Loved the whole place and during the day we went around the whichita mountains, the whole experience was amazing, thank you so much

The hotel and casino at the same location.
This is not worth the price for a hotel that is worse than a Motel 6. The restaurant is no longer there. Valet advertised, but they no longer have them. There are signage out in the hotel for them, but they do not exist. The elevators need maintenance very badly. The stick on tile in our hotel room is popping up everywhere and was sliding around. The mattress and all pillows desperately need to be replaced. The water was turned off (without warning). The landscaping outside was sad. There was an employee dragging a garden hose and sprinkler (from any discount store) around trying to keep the grass alive. The front desk staff was extremely rude. However, any maintenance, janitorial staff or security we came across was extremely friendly. With the amount of money that is being charged, this is ridiculous!
