Website had restaurant information and that’s one reason I choose this hotel to stay but restaurant was temporary closed.
You guys need to update website
We booked room through booking.com for 7/22-7/24. On 7/23, we had a minor emergency back home and had to check out early (1day). We we tried to check out. The staff informed us since we booked through a third party we could not check out early. I pulled up the itinerary and showed staff it said we could check out early/anytime without penalty. I called booking.com, and they agreed we could check out. They refunded the full amount to my credit card and charged me a cancellation fee (rather it was a charge for 1 night stay). I went back inside to try and check out, yet they still said no. I said well we have a problem then bc I have to leave. I informed them, they have our room keys and I will not be responsible for room from this point forward. Booking.com (Eva Smith)said that is not how this is supposed to work. Still waiting on refund.

Nothing, do not stay here the staff is rude
The staff is incredible rude, they listen to respond with a pre planned response. Never actually listening to the customers concerns, making their responses even more condescending.
The location is amazing. There is fast food options within walking distance if you don't mind crossing a major thorough way, but it's truly a 2 minute commute in a vehicle. There is a convenient store and refueling station next door. Parking was plentiful
