Stelward Prima Hotel

Super happy after 2 nights stayed with my family (including seniors and children). Highly recommended.
This is the best hotel in Hanoi's old quarter that you can checkin for cleanliness, comfy beds, spacious, short walking distance to all the attractions in the city and nearby many well-known local delicacies and coffee stores, very close to the Sword Lake (Ho Guom), very friendly and helpful staffs,... I was amazed by the great service from the hotel staffs who prepared a take-away breakfast for me upon my early checkout.

Although tuck along a small lane, the hotel is within the old quarter and within walking distance to many places like the night market and puppet theater.
The staffs there are extremely courteous and helpful. Most understand and speaks English. The breakfast is fantastic as you have a choice based on a menu.
Will definitely return to stay in this hotel when I go back to Hanoi!

家族で２泊しました。
このホテルを選んだ理由はキングサイズとシングルサイズのベッドが部屋に備えられていたからです。
ナイトマーケットにも歩いて行けるので立地場所もよく、宿泊代もお手ごろです。
宿泊してよかったことは、ここのスタッフさんはこちらのことをすごく気を使っていただき、おすすめのレストランや観光スポットを教えてくれました。
日本語を話せるスタッフはいらっしゃいませんが、こちらのつたない英語でもきちんと対応してくれます。
また、事前にメールのやりとりで日本からお得にハロン湾のツアーを申し込むこともできました。
ホテルからのツアー手配なので安心でおすすめですよ。（現地でも申し込むことができます）
また、ハノイに行くときはこのホテルにしたいと思ういいホテルです。

Ｔhe reception staff always took care of my stay and proposed several good activities. I could enjoy a lot.

We had a great stay in the Hotel. The rooms are a bit older but that perfectly suits the Old Town Caracter. The people working there are outstanding. Jenny and the others are all super nice and helpful. An outstanding performance which you very seldom have the pleasure to witness. A big thank you to the whole team which made our stay special. We will surly come back.

Well positioned in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, the Golden Legend is a comfortable bout hotel. What makes it exceptional are the staff, all of whom are delightful and cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. One of the most pleasant experiences we’ve ever had in all our trips overseas. We’ll definitely be returning to the Golden Legend next time we are in Hanoi.

Good location, clean rooms at a fair price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast is a pleasant experience on the top floor.

This hotel is at a perfect location to tour Hanoi city area. It's in a walk distance to most of the sightseeing spots. However, the highlight of this hotel is at its staff. All the staff members are highly motivated to help the guests. They will listen to you, recommend the best restaurants and tour places to visit, and offer help in any cases if necessary.

Unter den vielen Mittelklasse Hotels ein gutem Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauber. Angenehmer kompetenter Staff. Zimmer haben alles was man braucht, aber auch nicht mehr. Frùhstücksraum mit toller Aussicht. Frühstück Standard.
