Pros:

建物は少し古い感じがしましたが、とにかく受付スタッフが常に笑顔でとても親切で120点をつけたくなるほとでした。ロケーションも最高でした。ベトナムの宿には大抵リンスがないのでシャンプーは付属のものがありますがセットで持っていかれるとよいかと思います。徒歩圏内にミシュラン獲得のphoのお店やブンチャーのお店、チェーのお店などあり、素晴らしい滞在になりました。

Pros:

The location was the main advantage. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the railway station, which was very convenient for us. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We originally booked this hotel, but were accommodated in another nearby hotel, which we were told was essentially the same property. We arrived at around 1 a.m., very tired, and were placed on the top floor. We were told it was an upgrade because the room was larger, but unfortunately, at 8 a.m. drilling and demolition work started right next to our room. It was extremely noisy and we could not sleep, which was very disappointing after arriving so late at night.

After some time, we were moved to another room, apparently the room we were originally supposed to stay in, and it was much quieter.

We also had a train at 10 p.m., so we decided to stay at the hotel until the evening because we were exhausted. Considering the unpleasant morning we had, I expected the hotel to offer some discount for the late check-out, but instead we were charged even more than the usual rate: 950 instead of 800. We were told that all rooms were booked and that the next guest would need to be moved to a better room, which was the reason for the higher price.

The rooms are quite old, although they were clean. The breakfast was also not particularly good.

Pros:

The location was do central and the service was excellent. Shawn was excellent in his customer service and went out of the way to help us with everything!!

The only negative thing was that the noise from the construction site opposite the hotel was disrupting our sleep as they would be at work drilling and piling all night ...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The cleanliness, hospitality, and overall service exceeded our expectations.

We would especially like to thank Mr. Roger and Mr. San for their outstanding kindness and support. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to help us with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and made the hotel feel like a home away from home.

Thank you, Mr. Roger and Mr. San, for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay here again! ⭐
