Furnitures in the room were mostly worn out, the dust ca be seen on the shelves in the toilet, merit is very good washin

Location 👍 👍👍 I was quite pleased that this hotel is walking distance n very near to the famous artist street and also the famous night market and foods streets

Cons:

Carpark is limited so most of the times have to shared with the sister hotel ShinShin Ocean opposite n only allow to park from B2~B5 sounds like second class customers 🤨

Friendly staff
Room size reasonable
One room smelled badly and they quickly changed the room for us
Detergent provided - but had to ask staff else don't know
Decent hotel, cleanliness, expected amenities

Near food places with convenience store just opposite
Microwave oven in lobby for common use
Quite good space, comfortable
Overall, satisfied

Lack of English - had to use translator
Staff cannot understand English well enough
No English manual or instruction
Staff didn't know how to use the washer either
Parking facility is bad
No sign to say we can park at adjacent carpark
Even locals didn't know
Car lots so narrow
Room a bit narrow for packing and unpacking
Mattress under the protective pad were stained (see photos)
