素泊まりとしては良かった。
Pros:

大通り沿いで、アクセスが良く、見つけやすかった。目の前に和歌山城があり、景色が良く、散策にも徒歩で行けた。

Cons:

椅子の座面にシミがついていたり、施設としては、年期が入っているのかなと思った。

旅の目的 100%満足せせてくれる ロケーション。
事前に宿泊目的の条件を伝えた所、対処して頂けた。

Cons:

部屋着、ボタンが取れかけと無かった。
1着で2ヶ所は チョット 頂け無い、他は良い中 残念😢
