最高っ！
Pros:

元々、一番最初に宿泊した際は、高すぎず、安すぎず、ちょうどいいと感じ、予約しました。

その感想は変わらなく、それ以上に、清潔感や、スタッフの方々と関わりやすく、リラックス空間があり、カーテンを開けると、和歌山城が一望できて、最高でしたッッッ。

お気に入りホテルなので、和歌山に行く際はまた利用させていただきます♡

Cons:

スタッフの方にも言ってはいたのですが、バスタオルが頭上より上にあり過ぎて、一緒に泊まった背の高い男性でも分からなかった、と言っていました。

あの高さを変えることはできないにしても、シールを下の方の目線に、バスタオルは、頭上にあることをシールで置いていただきたいです(；；)それか、ベッドの上に紙で置いてくれたり……なにかしら、分かりやすくないと、……と思いました。

とても大好きなので、友人達にもここのホテルはおすすめしたいですっ♡でも、バスタオルの位置はなかなかに、見つけずらいことは、指摘しておきます。ぺこ。

窓を開けると和歌山城が観える景観が良かった

機会があればまたお邪魔したいと思います。

Great location, dirty and outdated room
Pros:

Amazing location and view of Wakayama Castle. Accommodating staff

Cons:

The room was old, and even though it was a non-smoking room it smelled heavily of smoke. There were holes in the duvet and I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. The vinyl walls of the shower area of the tub were cracked and it looked like there was mold behind the cracks.

これで1人5000円ならギリ許せるけど素泊まりで1人10000円以上取ってこのレベルは酷い、リピートは無い
Pros:

和歌山城に近く散歩がてらに場内を散策できる
で漏れなら近くに他のホテルもある

Cons:

掃除ができてない 特に浴室の天井がカビだらけ
東急イン時代から数えるとかなり古いホテルだから擦っても取れないカビがあるというならともかくトレペで拭うだけで取れる汚れもあったということは掃除の怠慢をした気されても仕方ないだろう
特に長身の人は気持ち悪いだろう
浴室の換気扇が作動しなかったしもう少し金かけて設備を見直すべきでは？

朝食のロケーションは良かった。

Cons:

禁煙をふた部屋で泊まるたかったけど喫煙と禁煙で、禁煙がツインやったらまだマシだったけど喫煙の方がツインで禁煙がシングルで喫煙部屋が臭くて寝にくかった。
