Creo que al personal que entra en contacto con el huésped, le falta preparación. Si bien el desayuno es rico, el servicio es lento y desorganizado. Les falta información y conocimiento para disfrutar la ciudad y proponer panoramas fuera de lo común.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Hotel Boutique. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, allowing us to check in a little earlier than expected and providing excellent recommendations for exploring the area. The location is great, just a short walk from Palermo Soho. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out until our flight, which made our last day much easier. Highly recommended!

Cons:

We honestly had nothing to complain about. The staff, location, and overall experience were excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Totalmente satisfecho con la habitación, la ubicación del hotel y la calidad del desayuno; pero sobre todo por la dimensión humana del personal, el punto más álgido. Es imposible decir quién de las integrantes del equipo fue más cálida y amable conmigo. No recuerdo ningún trato similar en otro hotel de Argentina en el que me haya hospedado.

Cons:

Como humilde sugerencia (mínima), quizás sería recomendable ofrecer en el desayuno un plato del día, rotativo diariamente, para darle mayor variedad al menú. Si la estancia de un huésped se extiende durante varios días, quizás el actual menú se quede algo limitado. Reitero: es una nimiedad que no afecta la calidad del hotel.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel, where we spent 6 nights overall. The interiors are beautiful, the staff is amazing - always ready to help with a smile on the face. It’s very well located, in a silent and calm area but at walking distance from everything you might want and need - plenty of bars and restaurants, supermarket, metro, etc. We had to leave for 3 days to visit El Calafate and they kindly accepted to store out luggages while we were away.
I truly hope to be back one day!

Cons:

The bathroom can get a bit cold at night (we visited in Argentinian winter), but all very doable

la habitación impecable . sábanas y toallas hermosas . atencion . el patio . el desayuno. el piano

por encontrar un defecto : la ducha no tenia la flor para distribuir el agua muy buena . salía casi un chorro con poca apertura pero muy buena presión .

Pros:

El personal del hotel super amables, a disposición, una atención muy personalizada. El hotel es precioso y la ubicación excelente para pasear por la zona, muchas opciones para comer o tomar café, y plazas cerca para llevar a los chicos.

Cons:

Realmente no tengo nada malo para decir, disfrutamos muchísimo la estadía y nos encantaría volver al Magnolia!
