Pros:

지리산 가족 여행 재방문 합니다. 정원 관리도 잘 되어 있고 무엇보다 친절 하시고요. 지리산 일대 여행 하기 최적의 위치 입니다. 패딩 빌려주시는 서비스, 1층에서 책 빌려 주시는것도 좋고요. 사우나는 8천원 가격으로 생각하면 나쁘지 않았습니다.

Cons:

식사 퀄리티가 4성급 이라고 생각하면 조오그음 아쉽습니다. (특히 저녁 식사 메뉴) 조식은 괜찮습니다만, 가지수 많은것도 좋지만 과일이나 특히 빵 퀄리티를 조금만 더 올려준다면 좋을거 같습니다. 이 호텔을 애정하여 조심스럽게 말씀 드려봅니다.

Friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed here for one night in a corner suite. The room was huge and was great for our stay. We loved seeing the sun set and rise from the windows.
We are in the restaurant and it suited our young girls.
The staff in the restaurant were really friendly.

Cons:

There are paper cups to use in the room rather than china and glass and a very limited complimentary tea and coffee. Be nice if it more eco friendly and used reusable cups.
We thought we had a working kitchen from the pictures but it was only a kettle- we should have read what it came with more closely.
We felt the use of the pool should be incorporated in the room fee, it seems silly to charge an additional rate for this.

Es stand nur noch die Villa zur Verfügung...mega mit 184m2 ein Haus:-)
Sehr sauber..es hat an nichts gefehlt...Blick und Zutritt zum Garten..herrlich...
Schwierig in der Nähe etwas vegetarisches zu finden ( Namwoon) von daher im Hotel gegessen...es gab 1 Gericht ohne Fleisch u. Fisch...war sehr gut...in der Küche haben sie uns noch einen Salat zusätzlich bereitet...toll
Das Frühstücksbüffet liest keine Wünsche offen...

Pros:

담배냄새가 아래층에서 올라왔습니다. 한번 컴플레인했는데도 개선되지 않았습니다. 투숙객에게 안내가 필요합니다.

덕분에 즐거웠던 여행
Pros:

숙박하기에 모자람이나 과함없이 딱 적당한 느낌입니다. 아이랑 같이 수영장에서 즐겁게 놀았네요. 숙소가 남원시내와 멀지 않지만 한적한 곳에 위치하고 있어 맛집이나 관광지를 찾아가는데 부담 없이 다녀올 수 있었습니다. 덕분에 남원에 대해서 많이 알게 되었어요. 다음에도 또 찾고 싶습니다.
