Pros:

It’s branded as a 5 start hotel, yet I didn’t really feel as such. Felt more like a huge 4-star hotel. You have to pay to get into their rooftop lounge even if you’re staying with them. I booked the large suite and although it’s a huge room it did feel a little dated. The view though was spectacular. When I was checking in, I asked the gentleman checking me in if they exchanged Thai Bahts as I was getting there from Thailand. I saw they had an exchange monitor behind the checkin counter, but obviously, Thai baht was not there. I asked if they exchanged Thai baht and if so what would the exchange rate would be. He said, they did but didn’t know the exchange rate and for me to please check the monitor. I found this to be a bit rude and evasive. He could have checked and exchanged them for me on the spot. But instead he referred me to the monitor. Not part of the 5 star hotel experience I was expecting. In all other instances the staff was friendly and attentive though.

Pros:

The hotel provided us with what we needed. Its proximity to the surrounding streets for dining options, shopping and the night market was great. Breakfast options were great providing the choices of western and Asian style food. Airport pick up and drop off was so helpful.

The hotel location was a little bit off-north about one mile away from the main shopping/restaurants/massage places-Needed a taxi cab riding due to the hot weather. Since the hotel building faced the main road near by the beach, I had some very loud music noise issues from the near by night clubs till 11:15 pm. for two nights in a row.
Other than that this hotel was a five star hotel.

뷰도 너무 좋았고 객실도 깨끗했습니다! 매일 청소 해주신 덕분에 불편함과 모자람 없이 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다😀 데스크에 계신 분들도 어려움 없었고 주변에 마트도 있고 바로 앞 해변도, 롯데마트도 걸어서 다녀올 수 있는 위치라 편했네요! 나트랑 재방 시 또 묵을 생각 있습니다👏

今回自分は初めてのニャチャンでパートナーは
久しぶりの帰省になりますがハバナホテルのスタッフにはとても親切に対応していただき心地よい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
ホテル内も清潔を保ってビーチまでの地下道まであり危ない道路を渡らなくても海まで行けます。繁華街にも歩いて行けるので楽しんで疲れてもすぐにホテルまで帰れるので安心です。
とにかくホテルスタッフの素敵な対応に感謝してパートナー共々､大変満足して大事な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。また利用させて頂きます。

Elevators can be full and slow during peak times like breakfast.

They need more beach chairs. There are only approximately two dozen chairs to support hundreds of rooms.

The breakfast buffet is good, but becomes repetitive during a longer stay. Introducing more variety would help.

잠자리가 편안했습니다.
다만 주변이 핫한 해변이라서 그리고 베트남의 국민성인지 몰라도 아침 일찍부터 소란스럽습니다.
시내와 가깝고 직원들도 친절했습니다.
아쉬운게 있다면 예약당시 제공하기로 한 서비스 예를 들면 스카이 나이트 이용시 투숙객 10%할인 제공은 이미 이용기간이 지났다고 제공하지 않았습니다
