Enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit erheblichen Mängeln bei Sauberkeit, Komfort, Ausstattung und Kommunikation.

Leider war der Aufenthalt in mehreren Punkten sehr enttäuschend.

Bereits die Zahlung war unnötig kompliziert. Obwohl American Express als akzeptierte Zahlungsmethode angegeben wurde, wurden mehrere Zahlungsversuche abgelehnt. Auf meine diesbezüglichen Nachrichten erhielt ich lediglich wiederholt standardisierte Antworten, die nicht konkret auf mein Anliegen eingingen. Letztlich funktionierte die Zahlung problemlos mit einer Visa-Karte. Aus meiner Erfahrung entstand daher der Eindruck, dass Amex zumindest in diesem Fall faktisch nicht zuverlässig akzeptiert wurde.

Auch die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war insgesamt unbefriedigend. Auf Nachrichten kamen überwiegend identische Standardfragen beziehungsweise Textbausteine zurück, die teilweise keinen erkennbaren Bezug zum Inhalt meiner Nachricht hatten.

Beim Check-in mussten zusätzlich Formulare mit Pass- beziehungsweise Buchungsdaten ausgefüllt werden, obwohl diese Informationen über Booking bereits vorlagen und der Reisepass zudem kopiert wurde. Das wirkte unnötig umständlich.

Der Zustand des Zimmers war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Das Bett war stark durchgelegen, sodass man praktisch in einer Kuhle lag. Bad und Toilette waren bei der Ankunft nicht ausreichend sauber, weshalb ich sie selbst gereinigt habe. Das WLAN war sehr langsam und für eine normale Nutzung kaum brauchbar. Auch die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig.

Der Fernseher war für mich praktisch nicht nutzbar: Es waren weder reguläre Sender verfügbar noch gab es eine erkennbare Möglichkeit, eigene Geräte sinnvoll anzuschließen. Auch die bereitgestellten Shampoo-Spender funktionierten nicht.

Besonders störend war außerdem, dass kurz nach 7 Uhr morgens jemand versuchte, die Zimmertür zu öffnen. Ich vermute, dass es sich um den Zimmerservice handelte, kann dies aber nicht sicher sagen. Zusätzlich waren am frühen Morgen sehr laute Kirchenglocken zu hören.

Superou as espectativas.
Pros:

Excelente custo beneficio. Café da manhã bom com ovos mexidos, frutas e assados de padaria, pessoal da recepção muito simpaticos e atenciosos, quarto de bom tamanho e tudo funcionando perfeitamente nele. Sobre a localização melhor impossivel, perto de tudo no centro dando para fazer tudo de a pé nessa região. Recomendo!

Viaje de trabajo, ubicación excelente
Pros:

La ubicación estaba excelente, conectaba fácilmente a varias partes. Lo mejor de estar en una calle pequeña es que no habia tanto tránsito. Por lo que era un poco más silenciosa

Cons:

Le faltaba un poco de arreglos al baño, estaba como desprolijo. A veces no salía agua caliente desde la ducha.

A equipe da recepção foi excelente e solícita, agendando transfers e indicando passeios. A localização é excelente, possível conhecer vários pontos turísticos a pé.

Cons:

O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, um dos quartos o chuveiro demorava 20 minutos para esquentar, no outro a cama afundava e no terceiro quarto a ducha do chuveiro não tinha pressão. Os quartos e o banheiro são bem pequenos. E o wifi falhava bastante.
