São tantas questões que eu definitivamente não sei por onde começar. Acho que, em primeiro lugar, o fato de estar como sendo um hotel 4 estrelas, o que está longe de ser.

No primeiro quarto em que fiquei, havia manchas de infiltração no teto do banheiro, as luminárias estavam com mau contato e, o que mais causou problemas, o wi-fi não funcionava de jeito nenhum. Tive que quase implorar uma solução durante dois dias. No terceiro dia me trocaram de quarto, a internet funcionava mas, em compensação, me colocaram em um andar onde quase não era possível dormir devido ao barulho dos outros hóspedes. O chuveiro vazava, a "poltrona" e a cadeira estavam rasgadas, o suporte de toalhas estava frouxo, e eu poderia continuar...

O café da manhã não era ruim, mas era muito fraco e com pouca variedade. De proteína, apenas um ovo bem mais ou menos, queijo e presunto, e era isso. Fora o fato de que o hotel não tinha nada, um bar, restaurante, academia, ou seja, nada do que se espera de um hotel 4 estrelas. A única "amenity" era uma área de fumantes em um pátio bastante claustrofóbico.

O único ponto que minimamente amenizava a péssima experiência era a equipe, principalmente a Fernanda, o Leo e a equipe do café, todos bastante solícitos.

DÍAS FELICES Y CON MUCHO COMFORT

La posición inmejorable. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, solo el tema del agua caliente que señor pero uno ya sabiendo la abre con tiempo.
Cabe destacar la amabilidad del personal, en especial la Sra. Fernanda que muy gentilmente al ver que somos clientes nos obsequió el desayuno. Una genia!!! Volveremos en breve!!!

Ubicación y accesos.

Cons:

No funcionó el A./Ac. y no tenían habitación disponible, para reemplazar. Terrible calor. Los colchones no dan mas, dormis sobre la madera de la cama es lo.mismo. El botón del inodoro queda Trabado y pierde agua, hay que sacarlo y destrabar cada vez que se utiliza. La tarjeta no abre la puerta de la habitación, hay que manipular la puerta un par de veces y ahi podes ingresar. Lamentable.
