Great location. Felt safe in the area. Rooms cleaned daily. Able to exchange money at reception for a good price.

Diversos problemas no quarto, sem mesa de apoio, tenho que colocar as malas no chão, não tinha cabide nem armário para colocar nossos pertences. Banheira escorregadia. Café da manhã precário.

Lugar perfecto con personal y encargada muy atento

La ubicación esta perfecta, nosotros estuvimos para hacer tramite en el puerto, este hôtel es muy cerca de la casa rosada y de los lugares turístico, hay también restaurante cercanos, un lugar cerca de la recepción para los fumadores, y el desayuno es continental con muy buena atención.

Cons:

realmente no encontre ninguno punto negativo, te mas el precio con Booking es bueno.

Primeiramente, ao reservar, aparecia que o hotel teria café da manhã incluso no booking. Inclusive quando selecionei, filtrei por opções apenas com café incluso. Ao chegar no hotel, nos deparamos com a terrível situação de não termos café da manhã incluso na reserva. As toalhas e cortinas tinham buracos. Para ter água quente, tínhamos que chamar os funcionários para abrirem torneias e precisávamos deixar a torneio e chuveiro 10 minutos ligados. A Tv não era smart, o que é um absurdo em tempos modernos. Também fomos cobrados de uma taxa na saída que não tínhamos conhecimento. Elevadores travavam constantemente. Não haviam cabides suficientes e os lugares para roupas e malas era minúsculo.

The room had a great sized balcony, with a nice city view. The king size bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The shower head was very small with quite low water pressure. There was not a lot of room for suitcases. There were no coffee making facilities. There were not many places to eat nearby.
