Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación por el colchón que estaba muy blando y se hundía. El personal del lobby nos resolvió inmediatamente el asunto y estuvieron atentos a que estemos cómodos.
Lo más destacable del hotel es el personal, todos son súper amables y atentos a resolver cualquier situación con los huéspedes.
Deberían cambiar los colchones en algunas habitaciones están muy gastados y blandos. En los baños la grifería también, sarro y hongos propios del paso del tiempo.
Uma experiência boa, atendimento excelente, um bom café da manhã e tudo muito perto de grandes pontos turísticos de Buenos Aires, dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé.
pouquíssima água no chuveiro e na pia do banheiro.
A atenção dos funcionários é excelente, muito gentis e solícitos. Também gostamos da região, próximo de várias linhas de metrô, e dos principais pontos turísticos.
A única coisa que ficou de ressalva é que um dos pés da cama estava quebrado, mas como a cama a de casal é bem grande não interferiu para dormir.
