Great location, friendly helpful staff, update rooms.
Pros:

Great reception,lounge, breakfast area. Very helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms were somewhat tired looking, needing refresh. Needs better towels and new pillows (two per bed, one soft/flat and one bigger and more firm.

Vaso sanitário muito apertado com a pia. Poderia trocar de lugar com o bidê.

Voy siempre, la atención del personal siempre excelente ,la ubicación también. La limpieza.

Cons:

Hay que fijarse que este completo lo del frigobar al llegar a la habitación, por que me paso que faltaba algo que no consumí . Igual no lo cobraron .

La ubicación es ideal, el personal super atento, nos permitieron dejar los bolsos en recepción hasta el check in, y el desayuno es super completo y riquísimo, y no es tanta la diferencia de precio.

Cons:

Lo único que diría para mejorar que uno de los tres colchones estaba hundido.

La ubicación y la estética del hotel

Cons:

Muchos detalles en la habitación. Toallas sucias, ventana rota que no se podía abrir. Cuando limpiaron la habitación nos dejaron sin papel y jabón, que tuvimos que llamar para que repongan.
Problemas con el agua caliente en la ducha. En fin, el hotel muy lindo pero con muchos detalles que le bajan el valor a la estadía.
