A localização favorece para alguns pontos turisticos. Os colaboradores muito atenciosos. A limpeza bem feita.

Cons:

A acomodação deixou a desejar, principalmente na questão do banheiro. Pia sem bancada para colocar o material de higiene, chuveiro com banheira, minha mãe tem 78 anos, e tinha que pular a banheira para acessar o box. O chuveiro caindo pouca agua e não estava esquentando bem.
Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções, o café estava frio, não tinha muitas variedades. Achei caro para o que oferece.]
O elevador um perigo, a gente está entrando e a porta fecha sem sensor.

O café da manhã era muito bom. O atendimento e a fidalguia do Gustavo Balzani foram excelentes.

Cons:

Tivemos alguns imprevistos e por isso tivemos que trocar de quarto por duas vezes: uma por conta de vazamento, vindo do quarto de cima, durante toda a noite no banheiro; outra porque o outro quarto estava com um cheiro fortíssimo de mofo. Para mim a cama muito mole torna-se desconfortável.

Stain and marks on towels, all power points were loose, rooms and furnish old and run down. Toilet door can't close completely.
