Excelente ubicación. Buena relación precio-calidad.
Pros:

Muy buen desayuno, habitación y baño muy amplios. Estuve en el 3er piso y bastante aislado de ruidos externos. Buena calidad de blancos.

Cons:

El secador de pelo no está en el baño, hay que solicitarlo en recepción. Yo estuve 2 noches y lo solicite el primer día y al otro día el servicio de limpieza lo llevo y tuve que volver a solicitarlo. No dejan papel higiénico de repuesto.

Cons:

Café da manhã bem fraco, sem variação alguma. Único “prato quente” era o ovo mexido mas estava sempre frio. Limpeza dos quartos ruim. Falta de papel higiênico, parece que regulam. Cofre não estava funcionando. Banheiro apertado, área do chuveiro apertada e pia extremamente baixa. Colchão estava quebrado, trocaram por outro quando solicitado, mas também estava ruim. Não tem prateleiras para guardar roupas, apenas 4 cabides.

Wi-Fi Péssimo e estadia não condiz com um hotel quatro estrelas.
Pros:

Gostei do horário do café era das 7 às 11 e era gostoso.

Cons:

Não gostei que o Wi-Fi não funcionou no nosso quarto e não tinha secador de cabelo tinha que solicitar, nosso quarto tinha um barulho forte dos compressores de ar que ficavam ao lado do quarto, o telefone no quarto não funcionou e mesmo reclamando não resolveram NADA, era ridículo, pois para acessar o Wi-Fi tinha que ir no corredor ou abrir a porta do quarto e ficar sentado perto dela…no check out tinha um atendente muito mal humorado.

Tomadas não funcionavam , ar condicionado escorria água à noite toda e a própria camareira deixava uma toalha embaixo, porta emperrada tinha que ter um “jeitinho”
Pra conseguir abrir (próprio funcionário ensinou), fios de cabelo que encontramos grudados na porta no primeiro dia ainda estavam lá no último.
