리모델링 룸으로 예약했는데 청소 상태는 별로 였습니다. 욕실이랑 주방 전자렌지가 청소가 덜 된것 같았네요
위생 빼고는 아쿠아나도 괜찮고 좋았습니다.

리모델링이 완료된 객실은 청결도가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 직원들도 친절하였구요. 다만 가는길이 매우 험하고 위험하였으며 주변에 식당등이 없어서 리조트에 있는 한식당을 이용하였는데 식사가 정말로 형편없었습니다. 남도음식에 대한 기대를 조금하긴했는데 정말로 밥한공기를 겨우겨우 먹을 정도였고 여직원분이 CS교육을 안받으신듯합니다. 온천수가 있는 워터파크는 작았지만 깔끔했고 물이 참 좋았습니다.

프론트 매우 친절했고, 대체적으로 깔끔.
욕실 수전에 비누 얼룩이랑 욕실바닥 머리카락이 많이 보여서 좀 찝찝했어요. 낙엽 청소하는 소음도 저녁 늦게 까지 지속되어 많이 시끄러웠습니다.
