Cons:

Check-in wasn't smooth, as the check-in staff didn't give us the room we expected, and it took almost 1 hour for us to shift into another room; it was a bit of a pain as we were tired of travel ...
They also need to work on their welcome drink; it wasnt refreshing at all.

My staying there was amazing!
Pros:

Amazing people, delicious food, clean and big swimming pool and very good location. Room was modern, bed was comfortable and generally nothing to complain about. Next time for sure will stay in the same location in Chandigarh
