Nice & comfortable stay
Pros:

The cleanliness is great ! Location is excellent !

Cons:

The hotel was unable to find out my booking and they took more than 5 minutes to find out whether I had a booking or not, even if I showed them the booking confirmation received from Booking.com

Cons:

1. Hair dryer was not there, had to ask for it
2. Breakfast range was pretty sad. Food was very base level

Pros:

This is our 2nd stay with Anya in 2 months so that's already saying quite a bit. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Food choices for lunch and dinner are limited but extremely well done - less oil, just the right amount of spice and so flavourful.

Cons:

Nothing at all! Great and prompt service.

Pros:

Rooms were good size.

Cons:

Air con was not effective.

Bathroom was very badly designed. The shower water leaked out of the doors thanks to gaps.

The shaving mirror had no light on it!!

Cons:

Llegamos y la persona de recepcion nos dijo que nos regalaba un upgrade de cortesia a una habitacion con jacuzzi. Lo curioso es que el agua no tenia nada de presion, con lo cual, no solamente el jacuzzi no se podia llenar de agua calentita, sino que ni siquiera salia agua caliente de la ducha. Salia un chorrito de agua tibia. Pasamos frio directamente. Despues de eso, encendimos el secador de pelo y parecia un chiste, pesima calidad. Otro detalle es que antes de llegar, me enviaron un mail para pedir que abonemos una seña, y en el momento del check in, me quisieron cobrar la totalidad de la reserva, sin restar el monto ya abonado, porque no lo habian anotado. Si no me acordaba en el momento, me iban a cobrar dos veces. Al dia siguiente, que haciamos check out, me tocaron el timbre a la mañana para preguntar si teniamos cosas para la lavanderia. No me parece oportuno despertar huespedes por las dudas tengan ropa para lavar. Es un hotel que esta venido a menos, no vale el precio para nada.

Pros:

The food is amazing - we loved the breakfast and the general aura of the property.

Cons:

The bar and the spa was closed due to renovation so that was a bummer, but the hotel does have a decent gym - only the absolute essentials so we were good! The room service menu is extremely limited considering how amazing the chefs are.
