Stay was comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Good location, easy access, near to Airport , neat and clean room. The only thing which stood out was the staff behaviour which was excellent. From reception, to grind desk duty manager to Naya restaurant service manager and staff and also the room service staff were excellent in customer service. I would give a nice 3-4 stars to the hotel , but 5 stars to the hotel staff for their hospitality and courteous manners. They were respectful and interested to listen and address any issues I raised. I think Anya hotel did one great thing, that is hired the best staff to ensure customer experience is kept high and delightful.

Cons:

Gym was not good, no swimming pool, no spa. Hotel was under renovation.
