Cons:

Except for the restaurant Annapoorna, everything else was a terrible experience. Air con was leaking, wifi was bad, they didn't clean the room, front desk was not very helpful. I booked a taxi from Kumbakonam to Thiruvanamalai. 3 taxis came to pick me up. Apparently one of their employee tried to give the business to their own friend for commission which was revealed later. The standard of this hotel was not good anymore. I will not stay here anymore.

The stay was comfortable especially for the cleanliness and the pleasant ambience. Food is good by all means

Right from the booking the service was good. Even after several years I could find and feel the same maintenance and cleanliness everywhere. Nothing comparable
