Pros:

All front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Special Kudos to Nikki for her professionalism and helping to accommodate me and my family following a back surgery. She made sure we had a room close to the elevator and provided extra linens and even a wheelchair.

Just okay, not the greatest.

Cons:

Room orientation was strange and felt crowded. Bathroom door lock did not work. The worst part was being so close to the elevator in an ADA accessible room with non-stop running and stomping overhead from 5am to midnight.

Nice facility, clean and friendly staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The location was good, but the parking was tough at times.

Cons:

Our bathroom door locked in the middle of the night and we had to call the concierge to fix it. We should have been offered some kind of discount for that issue.

It was our Anniversary it was a nice getaway. Close to downtown and food delivery..

When we checked in the staff was not very pleasant.. she had really bad RBF.. she looked like she hated to be there.. the staff just didn’t seem happy with their job..
