Good location very close to Moulin Rouge, but older property in average condition.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming and my room was spotless! Love this hotel.

Nice hotel. Great location

It had charm and the staff was excellent, but the room was incredibly small. My legs were hanging off the bed, but I amtall and I should have remembered from my last trip to Paris that French hotels, unless is an American chain are going to be small. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful except for the one night when I returned from dinner and was locked out.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond in helping to get me my passport when I realized I left it in my room after I checked out. Wonderful neighborhood. I would stay here again and encourage my friends to stay here too

Everything great. Awesome area too for nightlife and other stuff.

Great hotel in a great location. Lovely family room. We walked to Montmartre every evening for dinner. Great atmosphere. Metro really close and we used the bus across the road too. Hotel staff super friendly and really helpful. Breakfast good. Free hot drinks all round. We would stay here again.

Great location easily accessible via the metro with great options for food and coffee in the area.

With Montmarte an easy walk I found it a good location for our family visit with a 9 year old. Staff at the hotel very helpful and would recommend staying here as a base to explore Paris.

This hotel was a safe and welcoming place to land during a very scary and stressful time for me and my daughter during our Paris vacation in June. Wangmo greeted us at check in and made us feel immediately welcome and took extra care to make our stay comfortable. The area around the hotel is amazing - restaurants, easy access to metro stations and an incredible bakery up the street. Breakfast spread was wonderful - my daughter is still talking about the scrambled eggs. I can't wait to return to Paris and this hotel and the incredible staff will always be a part of our itinerary. Thank you so much.

This hotel has the potential to be absolutely brilliant I don’t quite understand how it has been awarded 4 stars. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no mugs so I took some paper cups from reception. The towels were very standard not very big or very thick and they never smelled freshly washed. The room itself was clean and tidy however the bathroom needed some work e.g. the shower screen did not close so wasn’t water tight and the skirting boards had some serious water damage. Everywhere needed dusting skirting boards etc had a thick layer of dust that you could visibly see (no one is clearly doing spot checks) and the sliding doors to the bathroom/toilet were covered in water marks that clearly hadn’t been wiped down in quite sometime. It was very budget hotel standards for 4 stars. The air conditioning/heating unit made an awful noise that seemed to get worse and sounded like a phone vibrating every few minutes or a ship fog horn. Please do not get me wrong it was fine for a budget hotel and the bed was very comfortable but this was not budget hotel and I would not recommend to a friend or stay again. Someone mentioned to us that the hotel had almost finished their renovation save for the stairs I find this hard to believe giving the state of the bathroom!

Staff were lovely, the room was fantastic (a fridge and iron would have been nice though).

We weren’t told they were having a renovation, or that the lift was broke (we were on the 6th floor). The stairs were littered with tripping hazards (vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment everywhere) and really unsafe. We would have had to find alternative accommodation if we had our kids with us.

A great place to stay… once the renovations are completed!
