Clean and classy
Pros:

I LOVED THIS HOTEL! It was SO clean and so calming. I loved the fireplace in the lobby and just the overall feel of things. It would have been great to have had a pool/hot tub but otherwise rave reviews. Loved the proximity to Chipotle and a pizzeria, too. It's an odd area of town - like no charm, but it does seem to be how White Plains rolls. Thank you Cambria - will be comparing all future hotels to this one.

Pros:

Located in a safe neighborhood and next to a grocery/ pharmacy and other commercial activity. Also bed was super comfortable and bathroom had hot water and bathroom was comfortable and wifi was great. Also, staff at reception were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

TV remote control was not easy to use and I could only find one channel. Also A/C was a bit weird. At times it was too cold and then it would turn warm. Also, if you arrive after 10 pm, very likely you will have problems finding a place to eat outside of the hotel. We got in at around 10:30 and had to walk about 30 minutes to find a place to eat on a Thursday night.

Pros:

The staff. All of the staff. Including housekeepers. Were so incredibly helpful and very nice.
The hotel is designed very modern yet warm. I loved sitting in the lobby, reading my book. And sipping on a nice drink from the bar. Fireside.
It was cold. 21° outside. I felt comfortable to have a lobby to chill out in instead of staying in my room.

Cons:

The bar opens at 5. I wish it opened a bit earlier and had a Happy Hour. Maybe 3 instead?

We have stayed here before & have always felt comfortable not to mention the excellent customer service (friendly, efficient, smile) from the valet to the entire staff.
