Great hotel for visiting the area or NYC
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel for staying near NYC. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the train station was a short walk or cheap taxi ride. We were there for a graduation party but also went into the city every day. The staff were friendly and helpful for recommendations and directions and the valet parking worked quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. We will stay here when we return to the area.

Never staying at this hotel again, very disappointed.
Pros:

The valet was great at getting our car to us in a very timely manner.

Cons:

I had my elderly parents stay in room 805. My mother came home with bedbugs. The amount of work it has taken to not spread the bedbugs to their home was way more costly and stressful than the cost of the hotel. We were staying at the hotel because it was in close proximity to the family funeral we were attending so the bedbugs added insult to injury in my eyes.

Oops. No hot water
Pros:

Staff knew the hot water system was broken but didn’t inform us at check-in in, and no apologies in the morning. The totally untrained person at checkout was totally uninformed as to how to handle a situation. Despite high ratings and price point, this is below the average Marriott or Sheraton

Great hotel for all of the right reasons!
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay here! Close to everything downtown. Great customer service, clean rooms, and housekeeping also did a fantastic job. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were also, and the television had lots to choose from. I appreciated there was valet service. All of my requests were met. The Planet Fitness usage and Italian Restaurant discount was a great convenience as well. I appreciated the wifi, though it had some in and out moments, I was able to work comfortably from my room when needed. I loved that it's only 15 minutes from Westchester Airport and that you only can access the hotel with a key card. It helped me feel very safe.
