Great hotel and stay except for noisy neighbors
Pros:

The location, the room and staff.

Cons:

On our last night there were neighbors with booming music starting at 3 am the front office was contacted but nothing was done. The music was still going at 10am when we left.

Cons:

Hotel bar was closed - no compenstion. light behind bed had switch only one side of bed - took forever to find that out. the breakfast was awful - cold crambled eggs not replaced.

Aliyah's Great Customer Service
Pros:

I typically travel for business, and this is my first time staying at the Cambria. Aside from the hotel's appealing aesthetics, one aspect that impressed me the most was an employee named Aliyah. She was incredibly helpful from the moment I entered the hotel. My experience with her was by far the best I have ever had at any hotel. I believe Aliyah deserves recognition for her commitment to the brand and her outstanding customer service. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, but my interaction with Aliyah has made me loyal to the Cambria hotel whenever I visit the Westchester area.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby area had a nice atmosphere, even with out a lot of people around. I thought the staff were helpful, friendly and professional during my encounters with them.

Cons:

The parking and valet only option was definitely a drawback for me. I also was used to a breakfast buffet being included in the cost of staying at the hotel. These things made my experience feel nickel and dimed. I must say that my experience last year at the Sonesta Hotel was much different from this stay in White Plains.

Clean and classy
Pros:

I LOVED THIS HOTEL! It was SO clean and so calming. I loved the fireplace in the lobby and just the overall feel of things. It would have been great to have had a pool/hot tub but otherwise rave reviews. Loved the proximity to Chipotle and a pizzeria, too. It's an odd area of town - like no charm, but it does seem to be how White Plains rolls. Thank you Cambria - will be comparing all future hotels to this one.

Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than expected. So we could not spend the night.
