Hotel was nice but obviously short staffed and they really should advertise the pool hours as being so limited

Cons:

The pool was one reasons we chose this property it was only open from 5pm-9pm and when we say 9pm I mean at 8:59 the lifeguard told us it was closed. We asked for sheets and pillows for the pull out Couch at 8:15 at 10:30 when mu kids finally fell asleep the weren’t there despite 2 phone calls and you also had to sign up for their hotel reward program to use the wifi

Perfect place for grandparents and two young children, with pool as a great bonus

Otelin olduğu bölge çok keyifli ve sakindi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcıydılar. Mutfak tam ve yeterliydi. Maalesef gittiğimiz dönemde fitness salonunu çocuklarım tadilatta olduğu için kullanamadı.

Not what I expected from Residence Inn hotels.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for over a week and it doesn't measure up to other Residence Inn hotels I've stayed at in other countries. The hotel seems to be poorly maintained and the room we stayed in had a leaking faucet in the kitchen area. There also wasn't a hot water pot like other hotels have to boil water for tea. The windows don't open so ventilation is very poor and the rooms get stuffy since the vent in the bathroom doesn't exhaust the air. Residence Inns are supposed to be for longer stays where you can prepare meals in the room, but they have only one stock pot, sauce pan, and a frying pan, making only very simple meals of reheating frozen foods from the store possible. Don't expect to be able to cook much in the poorly equipped kitchen. In the morning, the breakfast is very simple and consists of packaged food. Nothing is cooked from scratch like you would at home, only food taken out of frozen packages and heated. Even the "scrambled" eggs are prepared from egg powder and water. Given the high nightly price of this hotel, I am quite disappointed by the room and hotel.
