Pros:

The location was amazing, stores, food spots and coffee shops in walking distance. Very friendly staff, even though our room was facing a freeway that did not disturb our sleep. Levi stadium was so close able to attend a game within minutes.

Room Not ready
Pros:

We arrived 1.5 hours after check in time. Our room was not available along with an entire lobby full of people. We were advised we needed to wait because rooms from the previous night were not clean. I paid $569. for a room that was very small. The rate was way to high for what we received. The women who was checking us in was clearly frustrated when we advised it wasn't ok that our room wasn't available. We had plans that we needed to get ready for. The women checking in walked away from us and had another team member help us.
