Over all great place to stay
Pros:

Was very clean, and all staff were very friendly, and helpful except for 1 older lady with the kitchen staff.

Cons:

The older lady with the kitchen staff was very rude, hateful, and acted like the guest were in her way. No one likes an attitude from employees with the money it cost to stay there.

We enjoyed our stay and will gladly return, and recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent every day, we actually missed having it when we got home from our trip.

Desk staff were friendly and helpful every time we spoke, well done.

We did use the guest laundry room, which was clean and easy to use. We didn't think to bring our own, but would have preferred dryer sheets to the fabric softener available in the lobby.

Cons:

The switches by the door were confusing. We were halfway through our trip when I'd finally figured out one of them. Still don't know what the others did. We would have benefited from some kind of signage on how to use the thermostat. I figured it out, but only after 2 nights of feeling broiled by the always-on fan (directly facing the pool area).

Noisy air conditioner, dirty carpet and the entire floor was noisy with guests slamming doors and knocking on doors.

We loved the whole place and staff were wonderful!

The bed slightly hurt mine and my husband's lower backs but we already have back issues so no big deal.

The breakfast food could be kept a little warmer.

Cons:

The west parking lot could have been fixed and put in working order to allow access from that end of the building when going for walks. And a west end walkway entrance would be nice after going to the church next door.

Front end AWESOME customer service!!!

Cons:

The room was HORRIBLE!!! Blood stain bedding and couch in room #211. The shower made cracking sounds as if it was about to collapse any moment and I'm only 135 pounds. For this to be a Marriott this facility needs a MAJOR remodeling!!!
