Pros:

The suit room was impeccable. There are not much options close by for restaurants, but we tried both restaurants in the hotel and they are quite good. The only disappointment was that one of us was not feeling well and needed more rest. We asked for a late check out for one hour, before we head to the airport, and it was declined. At hotels at this level, I would expect more accommodations at customers’ need.

Front door was not open for our early morning departure. Front staff couldn’t speak English (night staff). Hotel didn’t do currency exchange.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Upon check-in, ginger tea was served and the hotel staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and seems to be well maintained, and its location very convenient for business meetings in Optical Valley and Economic Development Zone. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also stands out for the local cuisine. Will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Wuhan for business.

Pros:

The service at this hotel was expelempary. English language was enough to get everything I needed like booking cabs. The hotel is beautiful and the room very comfy. The breakfast was delicious. I didn’t go out in the area so not sore about location. Will definitely stay again!

Great hotel but secluded

this hotel is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the hotel itself is very beautiful. The only drawback is it is in a remote location with nothing to walk to. You cannot walk to find food or shopping. The room service food was delicious but the menu was very small.

Pros:

I always really enjoy this hotel. It is very clean and comfortable and very affordable. However, the one disappointment this time was that they have reduced their room service and western menu drastically. They used to have a number of good quality foods to choose from. Now they do not.

Good choice for business travelers (only)
Pros:

Stayed there a couple of nights. The building is an old colonial style building with lots of character. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was fine. Service on the other hand was pretty ordinary. The hotel location isn't great - it's in the middle of nowhere - and there aren't any malls, restaurants, bars or places or attraction nearby.

Everything is good but the wifi
