Beautiful hotel & Good price for value
Pros:

Great location close to the main street of San Pedro, friendly staff always available to help, nice breakfast buffet, beautiful property.

Cons:

Rooms are on the cool side in winter (as already mentioned in other reviews), floor was not very clean when we arrived (hair from previous guests).

Localização ótima, perto da Calle Caracoles.
As pessoas são muito atenciosas e simpáticas.

Cons:

Fazia muito frio, mas a água quente demorava bastante tempo para chegar até ao chuveiro do nosso quarto e em alguns dias não havia água quente. Mesmo que este inconveniente não desabone todas as virtudes deste fantástico hotel, sugerimos que a gerência averigue a origem do problema da agua quente do quarto 16 para evitar desperdício de algo tão preciosos em uma região árida e seca.

Recomendo, limpíssimo, amplo, funcionários atenciosos, muito bem localizado.
Pros:

Café da manha muito bom,servido em local muito agradável e aquecido no inverno, apenas a reposição dos itens poderia ser mais agil! Quarto e banheiros amplos e limpíssimos.

Cons:

Bom chuveiro, mas que oscilava em alguns momentos a temperatura da água. e as torneiras das pias não tinham agua quente, o que nas manhãs de inverno faz muita diferença. Aquecedor a gás antigo poderia ser substituído por elétrico (mais seguro). Não tem mais restaurante no hotel, aos domingos nenhum serviço de lanche pela folga de funcionário.

Pros:

Muy buen desayuno, y todo el personal muy amable. Muy buenas recomendaciones de a donde ir y que paseos hacer dependiendo del clima de cada dia, y las edades de mis hijos.

Cons:

A mis hijos no les gusto la puerta transparente del baño en el dormitorio.

Pros:

La decoración y el desayuno, muy variado y rico!

Cons:

La habitación quedaba hacia la calle y se escuchaba y habían algunos detalles en el baño que no nos gustaron. La silla del dormitorio muy suelta, no había confort en el baño compartido.

Me gusto todo. Solo podría decir que en un día no había nadie en la cocina y hubo que salir a pedir mas café y leche para reponer.

Ubicación y desayuno correcto.

Cons:

Al llegar pasamos mucho frío. El radiador es insuficiente, debería de estar conectado todo el día. Solicitamos un calefactor y no tenían.

O hotel em si é uma graça! O quarto é bem confortável e possui calefação, mas o banheiro é um pouco pequeno, porém tinha água bem quentinha para o banho! O café da manhã bom e suficiente, e ainda nos disponibilizaram um mini-buffet nos dias que tinhamos passeios antes do horário da abertura do café. Um agradecimento especial a simpática Andreia que foi muito atenciosa e adorável conosco!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
