El desayuno pésimo, no hay opciones para escoger, ni un huevo, ni fruta, nada pensado en niños para el desayuno. El peor desayuno de todos los hoteles en que estado en todo el mundo, además muy difícil que solo esté disponible desde las 7:30 am solo café amargo, las lonjas de queso las dividen al igual que el poco jamón que sirven . El televisor pixelado pequeño sin casi opciones de canales. Las toallas deterioradas.

EXCELENTE HOTEL!!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación y vista al Lago Nahuel Huaapi.
El personal de la recepción es muy atento y amable. Nos han asesorado y siempre han estado predispuestos a resolver toda inquietud, duda o necesidad.
Muy completo el desayuno buffet y la cocina de uso común adecuada para hacer confortable la estadía.

Cons:

El ascensor es chico, para 2 pasajeros. Para hacer uso del mismo con valijas o menores, queda muy apretado.
Más allá de su tamaño, todo funciona muy bien y es acorde para el movimiento de huéspedes.

Que en horas del día no salía agua caliente , el desayuno muy básico y que anduviera un gato circulando por el hotel u por encima de los muebles del loby
