Pros:

観光の際の立地条件がとても マッチしていた
フロントの方の対応がとても親切で良かった

Cons:

4月なので 少し 寒い季節　空調のスイッチが入ってないと肌寒いが一目盛り 回して入ると汗をかくことは 暖かい　自分のちょうど良い温度にならないと残念

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Superb location. Short walk to train station and tram station. Max value super market was nearby. The price was good.
I stayed in the tatami room with 4 members family, it had big space for our luggages and relax.

安い料金なら泊まるかな？
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった

Cons:

古い建物ということもあるだろうが狭いし汚いし、無理矢理部屋をツインにしたらしくコンセントの位置やベットも低いし、この料金だからまだ…と思ったけどこれ以上高いなら次はないです。

The breakfast wasn't bad, but a buffet breakfast would have been better (more choices, better way to adjust volume,...).

Pros:

位置非常好，离函馆车站步行5分钟，车站就有到函馆各处的公交车，交通方便。离朝市步行10分钟，有各种美食。早餐品质很好，有多种套餐可选择，我住了三天，每天都选的不同早餐，有新鲜的海鲜饭，光这个早餐，在外面餐厅起码也好几十块人民币。很干净卫生，每天都做房间清洁。前台的工作人员很有礼貌也很热情。2楼的餐厅还可以点餐，回来晚了也可以有吃的。

Cons:

房间比较小，电源插座比较少，房间设施老旧，这是日本旅馆的通病，不多说。隔音比较差，有人走路会咚咚的响，第一天晚上没怎么睡着，第二天和第三天睡得还可以。牙刷和卫生纸都是质量很低劣的，希望可以买好一点的。毛巾的质量也不怎么样。
