Very disappointing unclean. It’s a rough Airbnb at best where you are expected to wash your own dishes.
Pros:

The view

Cons:

Very old building in poor condition.
Cleaning an old apartment with corrosion and rust is impossible.
The wind whistled thru gaps.
You cannot paint it white and hang a cheap poster to make it a coastal apartment.

Lovely views & comfortable bed
Pros:

The view was awesome, the bed was comfortable, the unit was clean and spacious, lots of extras in the kitchen it was a nice unit but dated

Cons:

Only underground parking with restricted height of 2050 high, we couldn't fit under there as we were too tall, no outside overnight parking we had to park on the street as they tow your vehicle if you leave it on the premises overnight, toilet seat was broken in ensuite, went to office to report, no one there called the number & got answering machine no one called us back, poor lighting blown globes, also on our last night we had a man walk into our unit apparently he was told he could leave things in the unit as it was empty (clearly it wasn't) ....Windows dangerous didn't have security locks you could open windows all the way no screens & one of the single beds was up against the window so a child could climb out of the window & we were up very high. Its 15 stories high

Pros:

The location, facilities staff and price point. The apartment was a good size

Cons:

The thick dust on the fans.
No screens on doors and windows and no aircon in rooms the rooms where extremely hot.

Great location and great price
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in the 3 bedroom Appartment.
- apartment and rooms were huge
- we had two bathrooms
- the pool was nice
- kitchen had everything we needed
- the aircon worked well in lounge room
- balconies all around the apartment had amazing views
- the beds were comfortable and clean
- location was perfect for us
- the price was unbeatable

Cons:

Just some minor things that considering the price we paid can be easily overseen:
- a couple of tripping hazards throughout the apartment
- aircon only in lounge and doesn't reach bedrooms
- every fan had a lot of dust on them which ended up on all 4 beds as soon as we turned them on in every room
- bathrooms are worn and could do with a fresh up
- batteries in the aircon remote and the tv remote were flat, clothes airer was broke (we asked for batteries and clothes airer and got them the same day, which was good)

Exciting and disappointing at the same time
Pros:

Loved the location and size of the property
The host were thoughtful with personal items
Valued unbelievable

Cons:

The doctor was very old and second hand for the property.
The property was not clean. Ensuite shower was not clean upon arrival, walls throughout dirty and stained
Sinks full of mould around taps and drain holes throughout
Dryer broken

Great location, great view if window were clean.
Pros:

Layout and size of rooms were ok. The views and balcony were fantastic

Cons:

Overall very aged, stained carpet, overuse of artificial flowers. However the worst were the very dirty windows. Considering the view is the biggest asset I would at least recommend to keep those clean.

Beautiful view, great price, size of the unit

Cons:

Power got tripped by the stove top and lost power for over a hour, lost the food we had cookinh and had to buy dinner for family of 7!!

Very cranky neighbours complaining about silly stuff ( kids having fun in a pool during the day, laughing too loud) and talking too loud at 7pm on our verandah.

A good stay with parking, clean & well located
Pros:

Location was great, pool & space in apartment was great

On the first day & night the apartment smelt badly of fish like someone had disposed of fish & it stunk
