This apartment suited our family of 5 needs. It had everything we needed and was clean and sufficient. I would recommend

The apartment suited our needs with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was big enough and roomy for us all. We liked the location. It was nice and quiet. It was clean. It was self contained. It was light and airy. The views were pretty and we even saw dolphins in the water below. The children loved the pool as well.

Cons:

The apartment needs a little work with some things a bit worse for wear such as a couple of holes in the ceiling where the lights are, patches here and there and door frames that need repainting, bathroom needs new grout, etc. There’s also little tiny steps into the bathrooms and laundry which are a tripping hazard.

Exceptional family accommodtion
Pros:

The views were stunning, great location. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 6, extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home. Beds were big and comfy. One of the nicest places we have stayed.

Cons:

Water pressure on top floor wasn't the best.

Positioned right on the entry to the canals at Runaway Bay. So peaceful being right on the water. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats come and go. Ripples cafe across the road does a delicious breakfast and THE BEST CHIPS - highly recommend. The location is perfect with a kids park across the bridge (2 min walk) and Woolworths just up the road.

Very relaxing and enjoyable, great spot to stay for first time on Gold Coast.

The manager’s couldn’t have been more polite, friendly or helpful.
The location and view exceeded my expectations. A great coffee shop across the road. Bus stop at the end of the drive. Secure, under cover parking.
