洗衣機烘衣機都只有一台. 遇到有人洗時需要比較多時間等待

Staff is very friendly and helpful, location is great, really near Myeongdong station and final stop of Limousine bus from both airports Incheon and Gimpo.

Very convenient location and very helpful facilities and staff!
Pros:

Very convenient location. Received a free upgrade to deluxe room. Friendly and helpful staff, allowed us to keep luggage in lobby before checkin and after checkout. Hotel also had luggage weight scale.

Cons:

Not much to comment for dislikes, except bathroom lock was broken.

На фото в номерах есть окна, а по факту за окном влотную стена, из-за чего ничего не видно и нет света вообще из-за отсутствия окна

もう少し、広いとよかった
Pros:

到着時から若いフロントスタッフが日本語で丁寧に対応してくれたので印象がとても良かったです！
２日に渡り、夜間帯も声をかけて頂き嬉しかったです
凄く気分の良い対応でした！
お若い方のお名前を覚えておけばよかったと思うぐらいでした！
とても親切でした！
ありがとうございました♪
とても寒い時期だったので、バスタブが付いていてよかったです！

My fav hotel to stay in Seoul!
Pros:

Location is perfect, right in the shopping district but not so near that it’s noisy.

Cons:

Room was facing the back of buildings which had a lot of generator noise. Closing the windows was not an option as the room would be stuffy 😢

コスパ最高だと思いますよ～
Pros:

明洞駅から歩いて数分、夜に屋台などがたくさん出る通りからも5分程度、飲食店もショップもたくさんありますが　ホテルの前は静かなのでとてもとても良いロケーションです。フロントの方は日本語が堪能でとても親切です。
予約時点でお値打ちなツインの部屋を選びましたが、掃除も行き届いて毎日の清掃も完璧。ベットの大きさも硬さも大満足でした。

Cons:

換気扇（浴室の照明と一緒になっているスイッチを入れると）がとてもうるさくて　入浴以外は換気扇・電気をつけませんでした。フロントに言ったら部屋を対応してくれたと思うのですが　電気を付けなければ後は大満足だったので、良しとして4日間過ごしました。

Overall it was a nice stay, great location and definitely safe for solo or women travelers
Pros:

Location is perfect, right at the heart of Myeongdong, very much accessible to many places. The hotel guests were nice and kind. The interior of the room was modern.

Cons:

Not sure if ours was an exception but the rooms are small. We were two and not able to open two suitcases at the same time, you may consider upgrading if you have the budget. While some members of the staff were pretty nice and kind, some have room for improvement on how to behave appropriately to hotel guests.
