Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Le 6 mai matin, mon fils avait perdu son sac dans le bus je tenais a souligner la rapidité et remercier encore le personnel du front desk de nous avoir aidé. Grâce a cette personne, nous avons pu le retrouver rapidement ! Merci infiniment !

Nice quiet hotel in great busy area
Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable beds, very quiet for a good night’s sleep. Staff very helpful with information. I will recommend 100% staying here in an area buzzing with restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Would have been nice with breakfast service.

Pros:

明洞中心地で交通の便も良く、とても素晴らしい宿泊施設です。
ホテルの方々も愛想良く、日本語も通じて色々教えて頂きました。次回も泊まりたいホテルです。

Cons:

歯ブラシ、髭剃り、アミュニティがもう少し充実してもらえれば良かったです。

買い物の便利さ。
Pros:

スタッフさんが日本語で話ししてくれて助かりました。買い物にも行きやすく場所は良かった。

トイレの便座がつめたいのと、トイレットペーパーをあまり流せないので気をつかいました。

アクセスが良い！
中心に近いのに割と静か
ホテル内は清潔で、ロビーにあるトイレも綺麗！

Cons:

使用済みのトイレットペーパーを流せない為、置いてあるゴミ箱をもう少し大きくして欲しい
ベッドの周りにもう少しコンセント充実しているとありがたい

Excellent location!
Pros:

Location was the best, but still felt quiet. Shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

Room felt a little small even for a deluxe room (did not look like the photos, but was acceptable).
It would have been nice to have more laundry amenities. There was only 1 washer and 1 dryer that was usually in use.

Parfait!
Pros:

Hôtel ravissant parfaitement situé, à deux pas du métro dans le quartier animé de Myeongdong, tout en restant très calme. Le personnel, que ce soit à l’accueil comme au ménage, est extrêmement professionnel, efficace et attentionné. Tout était parfait, je recommande sans hésitation !

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel 9 years ago and loved it so much that we decided to return. Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown in many ways.

The hotel was renovated (as compared to our last stay) and the new design theme is extremely dark. Much of the décor is black, making the entire place feel dim—including the hallways and even the elevator. Our room was exceptionally small and cramped, with a double bed that felt noticeably smaller than a queen. The overall layout and design were disappointing.

Lighting was another issue. The coffee/tea area, which is built into the room’s fixtures, had very poor lighting, making it inconvenient to use. In the bathroom, the standing shower had a ledge that ran across to the sink area. Water flowed along this ledge, soaking any items placed there. This felt like a clear design flaw.

The only real positive was the hotel’s excellent location, which remains very convenient.

Overall, we were very disappointed with this stay. For the price we paid, we expected much better. Sadly, we would not return to this hotel again.

A very convenient hotel in Myeongdong
Pros:

The location of this hotel is very good. All the staff are very nice. This hotel is centrally located in Seoul and the Myeongdong Street Food is just around the corner. This is also very close to the train station, just 3-5 mins away. I would book this hotel again if I go back to Seoul in the future.
