Great location in the centre if Hanoi close to Ho Hoan Kiem lake & old quarter. Facilities clean & modern - recently renovated. Rooftop pool a nice respite from the heat. Great breakfast
The pool is (very) small & there are only 2 loungers so if you are expecting more than a cool «dip» you’ll be disappointed.
Staff were very helpful when we got there but didnt respond to any emails, calls or messages before hand & phone nrs didnt work!
Having a pool available to be able to cool off. Location close to lots of attractions. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Powerpoints not working, lunch and dinner not available on site when we stayed there but had been available 2 weeks beforehand.
Hotel management has changed and the service has deteriorated.
1. Check in delayed till 2:50pm but very strict on check out timing.
2. Bed spring is poor quality - completely broken spring.
3. Staff is unlike Hanoi customer service - non accommodative.
4. They even charge for coffee even after paying for breakfast included.
Location is nice but many others in same area. I would not recommend this hotel at all. better options for similar price.
We stayed here around our ha long bay trip and they couldn’t do enough for us and our 18 month old so. They even bought our son a kit kit as they found out he loved them!

The location was good
Bathroom shower water leaked all over floor, aircon in bathroom dripped from ceiling onto toilet, dated tiling with mould around grouting and around shower blind, never any lights on in foyer of our-room, broken handle on safe, and my partner got locked in the pool toilet. ( lock wouldn’t unlock) causing much upset, I raised this with the manager who said she has recived other complaints and was going to put a sign in toilet, but clearly hadn’t done it. When we checked out the reception simple asked if we had used the mini bar… not one time did they acknowledge a thank you or ask how our stay was. Staff smoking at the door is not a good look. Wouldn’t stay again and would not recommend to others.
Great location within walking distance to the Hoan Kiem Lake, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was lovely with a huge variety. Hotel itself was very clean and the staff were lovely.
The bathroom was the only minor issue, the floor got very wet from the lack of shower screen/bad design.

Our window faced a wall, breakfast had limited choice and was rarely refilled meaning the choices were even more limited. The pictures are very catfish and make the pool look bigger than it is, the bar upstairs is also catfish. The bathroom was mostly broken too - ceiling tiles missing, broken shower, broken sink. I do not think this is a 4 star hotel at all. Maybe 2, 3 at a push. Not worth the money in Vietnam.
