Pros:

My friend and I stayed one night here before our cruise and we thought it was beautiful. The room was large and spacious, the food was great and the offsite pool (they offer bikes or transfers) was very relaxing. Please note that there isn’t much to do in the area though!

✨ A truly special stay💕
Pros:

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday, and the team made it unforgettable. When we walked into our room, they had prepared a beautiful decoration for us, and they even surprised us with cakes. It was such a thoughtful and special detail, and it made us feel truly cared for.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member was warm, attentive and genuinely happy to help.

The food and cocktails were delicious. We loved every meal and every drink.

And the spa was the highlight: the best massage of our whole trip, even better than the ones we had in Hanoi!

Such a relax and calm island, lovely for a quiet stay.

100% recommended. Thank you to the whole team for making our celebration so memorable. We hope to come back!

・朝食のビュッフェがとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

・チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらいに行った際の受付の方が、笑顔なくとても早口で無愛想な対応で残念でした。その後、チェックイン後対応して下さった方々はとても丁寧で親切でした。

・シャワールームのドアを閉めていても、シャワー後、少しドアの外に水が漏れ出ていました。

・シャンプーとボディーソープが、泡立ちにくく、少し使いにくかったです。

A decent hotel for a short stay
Pros:

I liked the staff. There is a safe in the room. The food is excellent, but expensive.

Cons:

The hotel itself is located on a semi-ABANDONED island — there’s no one else around. By 10 p.m., nothing in the area is open. That seems strange for a tourist destination. Keep this in mind: you’ll need to take a taxi to get anywhere.

The beach is DIRTY. It’s not private, despite what is claimed; there’s no fencing, the area is very small, and there’s trash on the sand and in the water. The sun loungers are either broken or missing altogether. There is no infrastructure on the beach (such as a bar). However, there is a nice swimming pool.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and was large. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Breakfast buffet and restaurant were great.

Overall, a great place to stay with an excellent location.
Pros:

We arrived in the middle of the night after a long sleeper bus ride, and the lovely lady at the reception was there to welcome us, even at such a late hour.

The suite was great, spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed to rest and get ready before heading out. Exactly what we needed!

Good stay, fantastic staff
Pros:

Fantastic chef and lovely staff who were very helpful and attentive

Cons:

Beach and pool about 1.5km from hotel. Shuttle buggy provided which was great but the area was deserted which made it feel quite eerie. Great if you want somewhere very quiet but nothing if you want to go and find a bar etc… everything was closed in the afternoon. Hotel food and drinks were fantastic though so if you’re happy to stay in the hotel it is great.
