Heerlijk verblijf voor een lage prijs
Pros:

De locatie is perfect om de hoek van de 500 steps berg en de familie die het hotel runnen verzorgen je enorm goed. De kamers zijn schoon en ruim genoeg. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de ligging tussen de bergen is prachtig.
Er zijn fietsjes die je gewoon mag pakken om daar rond te fietsen en het eten wat ze klaar maken is heerlijk.
Raad het zeker aan!

Passage presque à succès.
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse, la boisson de bienvenue, la salle de bain attenante. L'allure du hall. La façade de l'hôtel. Le minibar.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas Youtube ou Netflix, retour à l'âge de pierre, ça fait un peu tâche surtout pour un 4 étoiles. Le nombre d'interrupteurs dans la chambre, c'est abusé.

Top location for pickup cruise, bad location because it is a ghost town
Pros:

The hotel is near y the pick up places for the cruises

Cons:

The island is a ghost city, a lot of building started to build but not finished because of covid and less request. It did not had the right feeling when bicycling around.

The area is mostly abandoned so you have to go into Halong City if you want shopping or restaurants etc.

Pros:

Enormous room with an enormous bed. Very handy for cruise. Breakfast buffet was good, as was dinner. Nice fresh fish and seafood on the menu. Good shower and bathroom. They transferred us to the cruise boarding point for free. Very good value accommodation.

Cons:

Lighting in the room was a bit dim

Uma muito agradavel surpresa
Pros:

Reservei horas antes, sem grande pesquisa, quando percebi que iria chegar a meio da noite, tendo um cruzeiro ao meio dia. Lá estavam preparados para nos receber às 3h30 da manhã com um sorriso ensonado e muita simpatia.
O quarto era enorme e a cama muito confortavel. O pequeno almoço muito variado. Até ficamos com pena de nao poder fucar mais tempo para experimentar a piscina e a praia.

Pros:

We have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and the Paradise Suites was one of the best. From the pleasant, ever-helpful staff to the luxurious, spotlessly clean room and enormous, sumptuous bed, to the restaurant serving superb Asian and Western cuisine, to the large, well-kept pool and private beach (a five minute ride away by free shuttle), this hotel is the equal of many 4-star establishments we've experienced in Europe and the UK. The hotel is located close to the docks from which depart the many cruise boats which take visitors around the stunning Ha Long Bay area. The hotel offers its own cruises but, as these were booked up, it happily arranged a free shuttle to a competitors' boat that we booked on. Reception also arranged a (paid) transfer to Hanoi by luxury minibus. Although we only stayed here for two nights, we just did not want to leave (especially that wonderfully comfortable bed!). The fact that we paid just over £30 per room (our party had three) in a major tourist area makes this hotel just amazing value for money!

Cons:

Disliked · Nothing. It's rare that we don't find something (however small) to fault in a hotel but this place is as near faultless as it's possible to get.

Pros:

Flot hotel. Super venlig og professionelt personale.

Cons:

Mange tomme bygninger. Swimmingpool lå langt væk. Transporten mellem fungerede dårlig. Der var INGEN faciliteter (ud over toilettet) ved poolen.

Perfect for a short stay in Halong Bay while we waited to board our Halong Bay overnight cruise.
Pros:

Very beautiful dark wood accents throughout. My wife has a disability and in a wheelchair, and the staff was exceptionally attentive to our special needs.
The room was large, the hallways were air conditioned, and the king size bed was huge!
Restaurant was great and loved the Happy Hour.

All good
