Cons:

I did not stay… construction around bldg made exiting car unsafe. There was no onsite parking which was unexpected… thought that the parking was on site… it was at least a block away

Good hotel for short stays, walkable area close to restaurants and shopping.
Pros:

I have stayed here previously and the location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the room with the balcony is the best!

Cons:

Hotel is no longer serving breakfast, nor do they have snacks. This made it inconvenient as it was not revealed in reservation booking.

We were thought we'd get a bidet like the last visit, also the front desk agent was on her phone while the main phone line was ringing and she didn't seem to care

Very safe, and close to all the things you want to see
Pros:

The property was perfect for a first time vist to LA, EXTREMELY safe and comfortable as someone who went alone. It was a less then 10 minute walking to Rodeo drive and some many other good places.
