Pros:

If you need a place to lay your head, this place will work, but don’t expect too much more. Room was very small. What they make available on their TVs is a joke and complimentary water is all you’re going to get. I expected more in Beverly Hills.

A nice hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills
Pros:

A great location if you want to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills - only a short walk to Rodeo Drive, the Beverly Hills sign etc. It is in a nice quiet location. The check in staff were competent and friendly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The rooms were quite small. The hotel doesn't have many other facilities eg Fitness room, pool.

Dark, noisy and poor facilities
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. There is a nice square over the road.

Cons:

The place was dark, with minimal natural ligjt. There was no kettle in the room. You had to go downstairs and order coffee from a machine and pay for it. The 'outside space' was an enclosed room, with no natural light and when the automatic lights went out the staff would not switch them back on. The walls between rooms were thin, I could hear my neighbours conversations late into the night and alarm in morning. There was also building works going on outside my room.

Great location, trained your front desk to be more hospitable

Location wonderful

Cons:

My room 101 was so loud at night to sleep. It sounded like vending machine or ac plugged all night. Also, when asked for a small curtesy at front desk in the morning young lady had such an attitude and you could tell she has no clue was hospitality or customer service is. This is sad cause I really liked coming to this hotel in the past

Attention, attention, very important for this hotel that left us on the street, with a paid reservation where we had a canceled flight and a day late, when we arrived they did not want to accept us into the hotel, they told us that they were happy that there was a free room to pay for again, and that was our paid room. There are NO INHUMAN PEOPLE like this in the whole world.
