Good inexpensive budget hotel
Pros:

Nice place but power outages & hole in bathroom door. Staff did help with organizing tours & transport

Convenient and clean
Pros:

The personel was kind, the room was comfortable, good experience overall.

There was what seems like a music school on the other end of the wall, but they didn't play too late or too early.

Pros:

The management of the hotel especially the lobby staff are all so friendly and welcoming. They act fast with customer's concerns and actions are prompt and fast. Hotel location is at the very heart of the city so we enjoyed walking around sight-seeing. Though we had a not-so-good experience with housekeeping department, I am very well pleased with the quick response from the management regarding my concern which turned that experience to a much better experience.
