Breakfast was fine but not that great
Room was shabby and doors do not block sound from outside. I went there late evening to be able to sleep comfortably. However, on the contrary, at 2am in the night on the 7th Floor, I experienced screams and shouts from the corridor and I just could not sleep after that. It was a painful experience. Despite my request, even the staff didn't change my room. Room was also very shabby and stinking. Room refrigerator was not working at all. many other issues!! Washroom too was not clean and unhygienic
Front Lobby Staff were very Polite and service oriented..
Old furnitures and wardrobes in the room.
Shower switcher not working.
Cloth drying string not functioning.
No Safe locker provided and the next day only provided after making a request.
Clean, comfortable bed.
Every night was very noisy due to guests and the hotel wouldn’t do anything. Last night I told some guests in room 611 to turn the music down, they had it at full volume and the door open. They punched me in the face.
Horrible experience.
Nice facilities and good value for money
Nil
Property
Services specially room services, board room services, promptness in services. This was too too bad
I'm an NRI from Chennai, and although my passport has a local address, I'm currently living abroad. I wanted to book a pleasant staycation with my girlfriend/friend, but the front office staff is questioning my local address and refusing the booking. It's disappointing that your management doesn't accommodate locals who simply want a peaceful stay. Just because someone is from Chennai doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to enjoy a hotel experience. Your rules seem outdated and unfair to genuine guests
