Pros:

Loved the location and the property itself. Great service from the staff all around.

Cons:

Rooms were a little too close to each other. Noise travelled and had some early morning conversation outside the room disturb our sleep a little bit.

Totally missable. The property doesn’t have the view. Food is average, pricing is prohibitive. They would even charge fo

Rooms were great. The property is nice - away from the busy / crowded roads but doesn’t have the views from the hotel.

Nothing else really at all. Stayed three nights.

Cons:

I was overcharged on food bill and it was acknowledged by the front desk and the kitchen staff. When I challenged, I was told:

1. My job is to check the bill while signing
2. They came back after 30 mins and said sorry about charging more - can I pack some free breakfast for you in the morning.

I didn’t get the refund.

2. The handle of the luggage broke when they carried the suitcase to the room. I made the front desk aware of this as FYI - he just behaved as if he didn’t hear. I said again and he said he will talk to the staff.

Nothing happened after!

3. On our third night, the room had 1 towel in the bath (when two people stayed), no hand towel, no coffee pods. At one point, we stopped even calling and asking for stuff!

Pros:

The ambience and space in the rooms and outside garden

Cons:

The mechanism for regulating temperature in the shower is absolutely rubbish. The water either gets unbearably hot or cold. Very unsatisfactory

Pros:

This hotel is a rare treat
An original colonial building set in beautiful private grounds
The staff were fantastic especially Dinesh the reception manager Ashish our driver ShailindorvSingh our waiter
The Chef is super helpful
One night we had the outside barbecue the guys lit a fire next to our table
The food never stopped coming
Would definitely give 10/10

Cons:

The hotel is a walk from Musoorie but the hotel provide free transport which is brilliant

Refreshing stay
Pros:
