Central location, walking distance to good food, opposite has great massage and next door is good cafe!

However, the quality of old towels are unacceptable, first day gave us two torn and stained towels, second day not torn but aged towels, third day only got white and fresh looking new towels. Hope they can solve the towels issue.

Good spot for solo travel or layover in Pekanbaru. Limited options in the evening for activities.

Though the room was small, it was clean. It was also located near the malls. They even have massage therapists available where they can do the massage in your room.

Red Planet was a very clean, modern hotel in downtown Pekanbaru. It was a great value for the price. Although the room was simple, the hotel provided everything needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved my 2 day stay in Red Planet.
Very nice hotel, clean, organized, modern. Room was good, bed was comfy. Shower and toilet clean. Soap and shampoo were provided, free bottled water as well.
I must also mention staff members were really friendly and helpful.

2 complaints though:
Hotel desperately needs to procure new towels. The towels provided with the room are old and stained.
Maybe add a glass door to close the shower? Water was always sprayed outside when I showered, make the bathroom floor wet.

I stayed a total of 3 nights. I had a double room, which was clean & tidy. It is a small room, but I had enough room for my bags and moving around without bumping into the bed. There is a room safe, 2 bottles of mineral water and a hanging rail with hangers (no other storage). The bathroom is also clean. Towels, & shower gel provided. There is free wifi during your stay. Room has tv, Air con & a ceiling fan. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room - a shame. But the café next door does do take-away / room service.
lift service. staff were friendly & efficient.
There is free luggage storage and I used this to keep belongings between my stays.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Tune Hotel und hellauf begeistert. Top Lage - alles in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist supernett und die Zimmer sind wunderbar. Nur die Moschee hört man, aber das ist Alltag in Indonesien.
