The overpriced view

Cons:

They lie a lot about everything, maintenance where done according to the booking site, but when came there the whole reception, restaurant and swimming pool was still under construction. They offered us a free meal and a voucher for free drinks. When checked out they couldn’t present an overview of the cost and we paid whit agreement to get the overview later by mail. When received, we saw that only the first drinks where free, which is acceptable but not communicated well by the te reception as the restaurant. Luckily we are not big drinkers, but the surprises are not nice and not welcome as well. Poor communication from bookings department, reception as the restaurant.

Pros:

El desayuno y comida en general muy buena. El personal siempre muy bien dispuesto.

Cons:

En el baño no hay ganchos para las toallas. El agua de la ducha no estaba muy caliente.
En general el hotel tiene MUCHAS escaleras

Buenas instalaciones, pero el personal no presta una atención resolutiva a los inconvenientes

El club y desayuno están muy buenos

Cons:

Solicitamos habitación con tres camas individuales, pero la tercera cama era más pequeña. Solicitamos dos veces el cambio de cama, pero no tuvimos cambio, aún cuando nos respondieron que nos darían una solución. Además, una de las habitaciones tuvo problema con persona que fumaba dentro de habitación y tuvimos que reclamar y solicitar cambio de habitación .

Wspaniała lokalizacja. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel pomimo ,że nie ze wszystkimi można było komunikować się po angielsku.
Wspaniałe śniadania oraz kolacje.
Byliśmy bardzo mile zaskoczeni otrzymaniem butelki wina w czasie ostatniej kolacji.

Ótimo Atendimento
Pros:

A localização, a vista para o mar o clube , o café da manhã . Também recebi como cortesia em meu quarto , quando cheguei , um espumante com frutas , talvez pela compensação da obra em que o hotel está passando. Também pela mesma compensação o hotel ofereceu aos hóspedes , meia pensão , eu só não usufrui porque saímos à noite para jantar , mas de qualquer forma eu achei muito bom por parte do hotel . Sou hóspede frequente, acredito que tenha ido aproximadamente umas 15 vezes com a minha esposa , desta vez reservei dois quartos, porquê levei meu filho e a namorada , que também gostaram .

Cons:

O ponto negativo, foi a obra no hotel. Como sou hóspede frequente sei da qualidade do hotel e atendimento, mas quem vai pela primeira vez , pela quantidade de obra , não provavelmente não voltaria . Vi todo esforço do hotel em organizar e deixar o menos afetado possível mas pelo tamanho da obra ficou quase impossível .

El lugar es lindo, pero no se puede ir si lo están remodelando

La cercanía con la playa

Cons:

Están remodelando el edificio y había mucho Maestro y poca instalación abierta , el desayuno se hacía el aire libre y había mucha mosca y abejas. Encima de las comidas no se podía elegir.
