Comfortable with great facilities, staff, breakfast, lobby.
Pros:

The place itself is warm, comfortable, welcoming. Coming into the light filled lobby, I was already happy. Our room was excellent. I use a mobility scooter, and the room could not have been more comfortable and accessible. Staff was warm, friendly, helpful. Generous and delicious breakfast. I'm well travelled, and this is one of the nicest places I've stayed in.

De resto foi boa, localização, limpeza, funcionários, menos o pequeno almoço.
Cons:

De ter pago frigorífico para ter no quarto e não funciona como tem que ser, o costume já é ter, viajo constantemente e nunca vi isso. A rececionista a Sara, não foi muito delicada com a resposta dela.
