The staff were amazing and very attentive. Standouts were The papaya restaurant staff as well as the cleaning ladies/pool people. The front desk were great too, just had one weird issue and felt like I was contacted too many times during my busy day (I’m trying to move here and start a business) over something silly and basically asked the same question about 20 times. It became annoying but I know they were trying to help?!

Cons:

Just bugs in the rooms. Maybe not use pesticides but make some type of repellants to use outside the rooms because there were and are big cracks in the doors to room 15. Maybe since on the end, lots of stuff from the next place or trees.

I really enjoyed this place!
Pros:

This hotel is really quite beautiful. The room was perfect - very large and well-decorated and equipped. The restaurant was very good, and the staff were friendly. Easy walking distance to the beach.

Cons:

There is street noise, as it is right on a main street. Breakfast wasn’t included for some reason, although it was for other guests.

Good alternative to pricey neighbors
Pros:

Good alternative within walking distance to conchal beach with shells (walk south on brasilito beach); breakfast included (3 choices, see photo for tipico), pool, good price in shoulder season, walk to supermarket, tv/ac/mini fridge

Pros:

Персонал був привітним, ми випадково приїхали раніше і нам дозволили заселитись раніше. Готель спокійний, чистий і має гарне розташування - до пляжу Conchal ми ходили пішки 15 хв (якби не приватна власність, то було б навпростець 3 хв, а так довелось обходити). Нам надали рушники-простирадла для пляжу. Сніданок смачний і ситний, в ресторані є щасливі години і смачне розливне пиво локальної броварні, що було для нас приємним сюрпризом. Обидва дні ми бачили величезне сімейство мавп на деревах і багато великих ящерів, які всі дружно гуляли прямо по території готелю.

Cons:

Шум від дороги може заважати, особливо гучні мотоциклісти, але нам було нормально, бо ми мали беруші.

Friendly staff, great filling breakfast, comfy room. Very low key, relaxing, beachy area which was exactly what we’re looking for. Close to few restaurants and about 20 min walk to Conchal beach. They gave a refreshing welcome drink and lent us sarongs for beach
