Cons:

Lamento tener que dejar esta reseña, pero mi experiencia fue muy negativa.
Antes de realizar la reserva, me comuniqué con el hotel por teléfono y me indicaron un precio de 150 dólares. Posteriormente revisé en Booking y la misma habitación aparecía disponible por 69 dólares, por lo que decidí realizar la reserva a través de esa plataforma.
Recorrí aproximadamente 250 kilómetros para llegar al hotel y, al presentarme en recepción, me informaron que la habitación ya no estaba disponible debido a una sobreventa. Me sorprendió mucho esta situación, especialmente porque tenía una reserva confirmada.
Además, la atención recibida en recepción no fue la esperada y la forma en que se manejó el problema no fue adecuada. Como consecuencia, tuve que buscar otro hotel para poder pasar la noche, después de haber realizado un largo viaje.
Lamentablemente, esta experiencia me dejó una muy mala impresión y no puedo recomendar este hotel

Nos sobró una noche
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y la comida bueniiiiiisiima. El personal muy amable, sobre todo los cocineros - camarera y uno de los chicos de recepción.
Pudimos ver un perezoso ( gracias al chico de recepción) y montón de monos.

Cons:

Las instalaciones descuidadas. La música muy alta. Se escuchaban las voces de las gente desde la habitación.

Only travel here if you have a car and don't want to use the pool
Pros:

Nice room with AC and good breakfast.

Cons:

The pool had a green hue so we did not use it. The location is only accesible by car so if you travel without it find a different hotel. The food in the restaurant is very overpriced.

Muy buen lugar para pasar el lugar, lo único es que la cocina y el bar la administración lo cierra temprano, si quieren

Me gustó que queda cerca de el
Parque de Manuel Antonio y las habitaciones están muy bien cuidadas, sirve todo de la habitación…eso es un punto a favor, el desayuno bueno el personal de cocina muy amable y el bartender estuve excepcional, hizo muy buenos tragos, responsable, humilde, con mucho talento, deberían darle un aumento.

Cons:

No me gustó la actitud de la administración, siento que deben tomar clases de servicio al cliente y poner toda la información, reglas, precios, ajustar horarios por que si cierran muy temprano el bar y la cocina, pero todo estuvo muy bueno, ya que se sintió como hostil, no sé si fue mi idea, pero los que estábamos ahí así lo sentimos, dio la información por partes y además, atendió una de mis amigas de mala gana…
