Pinheiros da Balaia

It was a really nice property on a clean fresh site, there was a good cafe,bar, restaurant on sire that has food and drinks available all day and aclovely swimming pool.
We did eat in the restaurant twice and the food and staff were both very good.
We didnt use the pool as we were there in march and the weather wasn't warm enough.

Selve stedet er et fint udgangspunkt for ture i området. Huset var fint men en anelse slidt. Sengene var meget hårde. Stedet er præget af grupper af unge mennesker der fester - både på ejendommen og i villa overfor.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Villas were very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to provide some kitchen essentials such as wasing up liquid, cloth, dishwasher tablets, coffee and tea. Otherwise all was thought through.

The property was much bigger than we expected – very spacious and very clean. We loved having a garden and having the Pinewoods and green space so close by. The pool area was beautiful with a fantastic CAFE which was open all day. It’s a good walk into town or to the beach so be prepared with good shoes or Uber or Bolt app downloaded to your phone!

La casa estaba limpia y todo correcto.
El personal fue muy amable. Lo unico que yo mejoraria seria el acceso a la piscina, que estaba siempre llena y no pude ir, aunque lo intente 2 veces.

Gostei do hotel e do atendimento.

We arrived in March for a 4 day weekend so was lovely and quiet. Albufeira is only 5-10 mins away. Vilamoura is only 15mins away and cost us €15 with Uber. You can fit two cars in the garage and two cars on the drive way to. Great place to stay if you want to be further out of Albufeira town centre for the quiet but still close enough to go for the entertainment. Two pools are great to have but we had these to ourselves. Not sure how full the pools are during busy periods. Would recommend staying here again for another weekend trip.

We are a family of 5 & just couldn’t fault this place, it was big enough, spotless clean, everything about it was fab. The staff in reception were very welcoming & the restaurant was lovely for breakfast, lunch & dinner. They had everything we needed. Loved the pool area, kids had a great time. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the new town or around 40 minutes to old town or if lazy like us you can get a taxi from reception. Would highly recommend this place, especially if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle Of the town.

Spacious villa that's good value. You'll probably want to hire a car if you stay here. Overall very happy with the stay.

Wasn’t sure what to expect. We had a horrible experience at the airport, once we got to the hotel they told us “well your holiday begins now”. All the staff were fantastic, all polite and always had a smile. Reception organized everything we needed to make our villa toddler friendly and would organize taxis or trips to wherever we wished.

Comfortable villas with lots of space and air conditioners in each room. Nice pool area and the splash pool was perfect for our toddler.

The restaurant/bar stays open late(ish), staff were excellent, food was nice and reasonably priced, cocktails were tasty and on quiet nights the staff were a good laugh to chat to.

We original only expected this to be a base to crash and a place to plan our days. We got to see a lot of Albufeira but spent more time relaxing here than we expected.

Will definitely come back here again and would hesitate to recommend this place.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix :
- maison spacieuse, moderne et agréable avec tout le confort (super cuisine, clim, lave linge, volets roulants électriques...)....si l'on pouvait avoir des finitions équivalentes en France.....
- parking sous-sol avec accès privatif....mais difficile d'accès pour une voiture moyenne (Renault Mégane break)
- espace piscine trop juste par rapport aux nombre de logements, les transats sont au ras de l’eau et on peine à circuler...
- insonorisation très très moyenne entre les logements et mauvaise en général quand il pleut (pas de gouttières = bruit continue)
- logement pas trop éloigné de la mer en voiture (5-10 mn) et des commerces...

Very clean and tidy and very good value for money. Would definitely recommend the property for all groups including golfers.

Der ganzen Familie hat es sehr gefallen. Wir waren vom Appartement begeistert. Einige Gegenstände waren allerdings - wohl weil es Ende Saison ist - defekt. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, da das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis noch immer sehr gut war.

Great experience at the pinheiros hotel, people there were amazing and helpful at all times. The place itself was large and clean and the pool was awesome. Only thing we didn’t like was the smell in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Otherwise an A+ experience.

Ruim en rustig gelegen appartement in kleinschalig appartementen complex. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. In het restaurantje kun je genieten van een goed ontbijt, hapje/drankje of een heerlijk diner en het is nog goed betaalbaar ook! het complex ligt net iets buiten het grote massa toerisme.

Super Hotel. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr netter Kontakt. Familienvilla sogar mit eigener Tiefgarage.
