Cinnamon Hotel Bangkok

It was close enough to Bangkok Central via Grab or MTB. Very safe to walk around the community even in the dark. The staff was accommodating and courteous. I would stay there again and again. Hidden Gem !!!

VERY ISOLATED PLACE. you are at least 1 hour drive from every touristic attraction. The breakfast is really bad and not much European taste food. mostly Chinese food. Too size is ok but very bad and old loud a/c which make it impossible to sleep.
There are no shops or any metro or any attraction close to this place. Be aware you are very isolated

Staff provided EXCELLENT service in arranging taxi’s, massage, etc.

Located interior, difficult to access main road, but the hotel provide drop and pick up to the nearest main road in a tuk tuk. Swmimming pool is a name sake tank. The 'beer garden' is a not so hygienic roadside restaurant run out of the hotel garage.

The staff were well trained, courteous and professional. The breakfast was excellent.

Nice little cozy place tucked away in the interior residential part of Bangkok near Chatuchak market. The staff is lovely and always helpful. The restaurant Cher And is lovely (both in the lobby and on 2nd floor) and the rooms are comfortable without any unnecessary frills. Cheers to the staff and keep up the good work!
P.S.: a note of advise for Breakfast buffet. You may want to add some options for vegetarians in the offering. Vegan/Vegetarian is the growing trend in the world.

The service was great. Staff were extremely friendly. The only problem that I had was that the WiFi could use some help. Oh and there was no such thing as soundproof so you can basically hear everything that your neighbors make and they are loud.

We were in Bangkok for two nights and definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They were great helping us get a taxi and helped direct us where we needed to go. I would use them again.

Our Stay in the hotel was pleasant enough, will not stay there again, they have a decent restaurant on site, the food was good and a good value.

Reason why we would not stay there or recommend this hotel is because we were ripped off by the hotel staff, we had asked for an Airport pick up and was told that they could have a taxi pick us up for a fee of
$ 1177.00 BAHT which we agreed to, ( not knowing any better), we found out the next day that a pick up from the airport to the Cinnamon Residence should be $ 500.00 BAHT, both my husband and I were a little taken back , that the hotel would charge us what they did.

Our advice to anyone staying at this hotel is arrange your own taxi transportation, they are all metered,
don't trust the staff at the hotel.

This is a very nice little hotel. Room was clean, internet was fast, bed was comfortable. I would for sure recommend this hotel. The staff were all very nice as well. Good buffet for breakfast. About 45 minutes from Don Muang airport.
Excellent hotel.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV had a good film channel. The microwave was useful. It was a cheap taxi ride to the Ladprao Shopping Plaza and the hotel staff called the taxi for us as well as providing a free shuttle to the Son Muaeng Airport. The shower head needed cleaning and we could only use the internet on one device at a time which was inconvenient. The pool is very nice with towels provided. The breakfast was good - a buffet as well as the choice of scrambled eggs or an omelette. The staff were professional and friendly. They spoke English which was very much appreciated.

Due to the late night flight I took a cab to the hotel. It was a little hassle to find a taxi driver who were sure of the location. It was about 10 mins away from the airport without traffic and shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was convienient.

Great staff, good food in restaurant. Breakfast manic as coach parties took over! Loved the spacious rooms and views!

Since they have specific airport shuttle services pick up hours, the hotel should have indicated that in their website or Expedia's website especially for first time tourists in Thailand or late arrivals from the airport. Besides, the hotel doesn't respond to emails. We only found out when we contacted Expedia. Also, the hotel should have specify that airport shuttle service is available at the DMK airport only.

The location was not convenience for me.
The breakfast was bore as it serve the same everyday.
Should have more shuffle bus that will bring guests to town or MTT for shopping everyday since Bangkok is consider shopping paradize. Thq

Lovely little hotel. Staff were absolutely great. Room was good and clean. Resturant was good, had lovely evening meal and buffet breakfast.
Would recommend to anyone.

This was a really great place to stay. All members of the staff were very, very friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and very acceptable. Not to hard or to soft, not worn out, it was just right. The breakfast buffet was a Thai selection of food and was good. The second day they asked if we wanted scrambled eggs and they made them just for us! They did not charge extra for room service, as we ordered supper to our room. The shuttle service was also a great benefit and the driver was very helpful. In retrospect, this place made up for the rip off artists that parade as taxi cab drivers in Bangkok. Why do I say that? Since our flight was delayed seven hours we got to Bangkok at 4:30 in the morning. The airport information told us to this hotel we could expect to pay 300 Thai Baht ($8.62) at the hotel they told us we should not have to pay more than 100 Thai Baht ($2.87). Make double sure the taxi driver has a meter and make him start the meter and use it!
In conclusion Cinnamon Residence gets the top top rating for a hotel.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and well lit.

We stayed here since we had missed our flight. The hotel was ideal due to its proximity to the Don Muang airport (about 15 min). It was really cute and I wished we had a bit more time to enjoy it as it was really cozy and spacious. I'd definitely stay again if I am doing an overnighter but I'm not too sure what else is around the area...
