Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

Child Policy:

Children below 5 years stay free of charge on existing bedding.
Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival.
Children of age 12 or more are considered adults.

Easy access and comfortable stay close to airport.
Pros:

Great size room, stunning view and wonderful staff.
Perfect for an easy airport stay.
Would recommend.

Cons:

Nothing - was easy and as described online.
Only stayed for 7 hours.
Would go back again for an airport stay.

Solid hotel at a reasonable price
Pros:

Spacious room with views. Good breakfast buffet. Everything you need. Real coffee sachets in room much appreciated. Hotel will change up to AUD50 at a reasonable rate, should you need it.

Cons:

Nothing really, fine for me, but then I didn't expect much from the beach, just as well: time of year meant beach not really usable, super windy, pounding beach break, and not at all attractive to an Australian who lives at the beach :) Up and down the beach a bit the sand is covered with rubbish, but I appreciate that the hotel makes an effort to clean up the bit out the front of it.

Pasamos un tiempo fantástico en Jetwing Sea. El hermoso ambiente frente al mar, el entorno relajante, la buena comida y las excelentes bebidas hicieron que toda la experiencia fuera realmente especial.

Un agradecimiento especial al increíble equipo por su servicio amable y atento. Abija, de Seaside Social Lounge & Bar, fue muy atento, profesional y amable, y se aseguró de que disfrutáramos de una experiencia estupenda.

También queremos agradecer especialmente a Sakuna y Vihanga, del bar de la piscina, por su excelente servicio, su actitud tan amable y su atención a cada detalle. Realmente hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más memorable. 🍹👏

La hospitalidad de todo el equipo fue excepcional, y estos chicos merecen un reconocimiento especial por hacer que los huéspedes se sientan verdaderamente bienvenidos.

A clean, peaceful, and professionally run hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The spa area is highly recommended. While it is naturally a little more expensive than spas outside the hotel resorts, it is still very reasonably priced by our standards and provides outstanding quality and service.

Cons:

As a vegan, I naturally have different expectations regarding breakfast buffets. Nevertheless, I would love to see a few more vegan options, such as plant-based margarine and vegetable spreads, which would make the breakfast experience even better.

Velmi profesionální přístup hotelového personálu.

Cons:

Hotel nabízí SPA. Naprostá katastrofa. Objednaly jsme si pedikúru, manikúru. V podstatě se jednalo jen o nalakovani nehtů, žádné profesionální ošetření. Cena rozhodně nebyla nízká za tak špatné služby.
Pokoje, i když se na fotografiích tvářili luxusně, byly takové ošuntělé. Jedno světlo nám nesvítilo, dlaždice na zemi byly zašlé, nabytek pomlaceny. V poměru cena-kvalita to nenapnilo naše očekávání.

Great beach stay, close to airport, good pool and food.
Pros:

Nice spacious room, very clean. Lovely pool area. Good pool bar and restaurant, dinner buffet very tasty and fresh good selection. Right on the beach which is very nice. Perfect to stay before the airport as only about 30 mins away maybe less.

Cons:

Check in could be quicker. No aperol despite it on being on the menu. Didn't have a number of wines on the menu.
