Pros:

The hotel is just across the Atalaia beach walk, close to all touristic amenities and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and solved our issues quickly (we had an issue with a malfunction air conditioner in our room, but they moved us to another equally good room as soon as we detected the issue. Breakfast was varied and very good, and the pool was the ideal size for my 7 year old, with a kid's pool by its size for smaller children. The staff was really good to children and the hotel is definitely family friendly.
