Buen hotel para quedarse un par de días
Pros:

La ubicación, buen desayuno, personal amable y cama cómoda

Cons:

Poco espacio para estacionamiento, no estaba la insonorización y la tele estaba de color azul.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Localização muito boa, com fácil acesso à cidade, ao vulcão Osorno e a Petrohue. Quarto enorme, camas e roupas de cama de razoáveis a boas, chuveiro bom. Comodidades como chás disponíveis nos corredores, sala de convívio bonita e confortável, atendimento do pessoal do hotel muito bom, prestativo.

Cons:

As refeições (servidas no restaurante anexo) não estão no mesmo nível do hotel - café da manhã repetitivo e hamburgueres faltando um pouco de sabor.

Estadía muy amena
Pros:

El hotel cuenta con una buena ubicación. Destaco el desayuno, el cual era muy variado y exquisito. El personal que trabajaba era muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Podría mejorar el aseo de las habitaciones, especialmente domingos y festivos. Nos pasó que tuvimos que pedir que aspiraran el baño ya que tanto la ducha como el suelo estaban con pelos. Se nota que pasaban el trapero sin aspirar previamente. La mesa de la habitación todos los días, mantuvo las migas de los días anteriores.
