Muy limpio ,agradable el personal y muy bien ubicado
La ubicación.
Cortan la calefacción en la noche.
No habían hecho aseo. Encontré insectos muertos y algunos plásticos de cajetilla de cigarros en el piso. Al llegar el dormitorio estaba helado, sin calefacción al ingresar. Ducha defectuosa. Deben mejorar estos detalles.

El hotel es hermoso, la ubicación espectacular y el personal muy atento.
El desayuno estaba delicioso con suficientes opciones para todos los gustos
La calefacción estaba muy fuerte a pesar se que cerramos los radiadores.
Al parecer en en restorant tenían show de karaoke y se escuchaba en la habitación ya que estabamos justo arriba

Very good breakfast. Location is also nice and rooms are large with good WiFi. Beds are very comfy.
Could be some coat hangers and stools for luggage. Else all goes on the floor and jackets in a closet. Also, a flask with hot water and tea/coffee is avaliable but, every time I checked is was cold. Need a new, better flask and some milk.
