Pros:

O meu quarto era excelente, amplo, com vista para o lago e o vulcão. O banheiro de piso aquecido, desembaçador no espelho, aquecedor de toalhas e as comodidades de banheiro muito boas. A cama super ampla e confortável. A localização muito boa, perto do centrinho da cidade. O café da manhã é reduzido mas tem de tudo.

Cons:

O estacionamento só tem 6 vagas. No penúltimo dia não foi feito a limpeza do quarto.

Gezellig hotel op een prima plek
Pros:

Hotel Puelche is een zeer smaakvol, knus en rustig hotel. Op de verdieping was een zitje waar een kan koffie staat. Er is ook een soort huiskamer waar je gezellig kunt zitten of werken. Ook hier staat een kan koffie. Ik kwam al vroeg aan en de kamer was nog niet klaar. Maar mijn bagage werd opgeborgen en ik kon in de huiskamer werken. Wifi is er goed. Ze kwamen netjes melden toen de kamer klaar was. Mijn kamer was geweldig. Uitzicht op het meer en de Osorno vulkaan. De douche was heel goed en heeft zelfs vloerverwarming. Het centrum van Puerto Varas is op loopafstand en daar zijn veel winkels, restaurants en koffietentjes. Het ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid maar van prima kwaliteit. Meer keuze is eigenlijk ook niet nodig. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd in het burgerbarretje dat aan het hotel vast zit. Je kunt hier ook prima koffiedrinken en 's avonds een burger eten. Het personeel was geweldig en zeer behulpzaam. Er kan een shuttle naar het vliegveld (half uurtje) worden geregeld. Dit moet in cash worden betaald, 30.000 CLP. Als je een kwitantie hiervoor wilt hebben is het goed dit vooraf even via de receptie te vragen, want de chauffeur had niets bij zich. Op verzoek stuurde hij later de kosten per Whatsapp door.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets te klagen. Het bed was iets te zacht voor mij maar dat is persoonlijk. Ook even rekening houden met de Wifi. Op iedere verdieping heb je weer een andere maar met hetzelfde password dus je moet even switchen.

La tranquilidad que necesitaba
Pros:

El personal muy amable tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante, no ayudaron con todo lo que necesito mi madre de 84 años y sin ningun problema. Vinimos a despedir a un tio que acababa de fallecer y se nos hizo todo lo agradable que podia ser. Debo reconocer que hubo cosas que no solicite pero estoy segura que de haberlo hecho me habrian solucionado

Falta de estacionamientos, son muy pocos y tuve que dejar el auto tapando la salida de otro y no tienen cierre perimetral, de todas maneras no hubo ningun problema

Belo hotel em Puerto Varas
Pros:

O hotel é muito aconchegante! Bem localizado (uma breve caminhada se chega ao centrinho de Puerto Varas), a cama é muito confortável, tinha uma excelente vista, os ambientes do hotel são igualmente aconchegantes, o staff é muito simpático. Apesar de ter visto críticas ao café da manhã, o achamos excelente! Não usamos a garagem, estacionamos na rua mesmo, bem em frente ao hotel. Ah, e o restaurante do hotel é bem simpático também.

Cons:

As toalhas de banho não seguiam o ótimo padrão das demais coisas. Tivemos também dificuldade em fazer o pagamento prévio pelo Booking, não sei o motivo (nunca nos havia passado). Além disso, por ser nossa lua de mel, esperávamos alguma atenção especial que fosse do hotel (obviamente não era uma obrigação do hotel, mas acredito que teria sido um carinho que teríamos valorizado bastante).
