Good but staff needs to get better
Pros:

The location is excellent and you get breakfast included

Cons:

the staff was pretty rude to me and my friend, they close the main doors at 10pm but there is no curfew - you can go in and out as you please but the night reception staff was threatening us on not letting us in if we leave past 10pm (not sure if this was a joke but did not find it funny)

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great location. The almuerzo was amazing too!

Cons:

It’s not a deal breaker but it would be nice if the television had Netflix or mirroring capabilities.

Sucio y con cabellos y pelos por todo lado
Pros:

Había cabellos y pelos en camas, toallas, almohadas, baños, pisos, etc . Me cambiaron de habitación dos veces y las dos veces las habitaciones tenían este problema me dijeron que las lavadoras no pueden sacar pelos como si esa fuera una justificación válida me parece uno de los peores lugares para alojarse fui por trabajo pero lo que menos pude fue dormir . Por un precio igual o incluso menos se puede conseguir una habitación limpia y una buena actitud del personal que no logró satisfacer una petición como una habitación limpia y sin este tipo de problemas que son realmente asquerosos pues cabellos en una almohada y en las sábanas y toallas es una muestra de falta de limpieza
