Absolut unterschätzt
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, top ausgestattet, hervorragendes Frühstück, das Schwimmbad ist super. Sehr nettes Personal. Für unter 100€ konkurrenzlos gut

Convenient but soulless
Pros:

Convenient location close to parking and the City Centre. Clean but tired, the curtains in the room had burn marks in them and the bed headboard was covered in a fake leather which was scuffed and worn.
The dining room was empty and lacking in any atmosphere

Cons:

It was soulless. The hotel rooms are mixed in with those of residents of a care home so the atmosphere is unusual but not unpleasant. There were not the usual hotel staff - porters, concierge etc present. Some of the reception staff were rather curt and not particularly helpful

A rather different experience.
Pros:

Well, it was different! A hotel in the middle of an old folks home. (For the first time in a very long time I was the youngest person around). It was "honest" in that it was comfortable.

Cons:

The booking description for a start!
Not enough lifts and long walk to room.

Cons:

Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Schwimmbad war oft extern belegt und konnte zu unseren gewünschten Zeiten nicht genutzt werden

Das Badezimmer hatte keine Duschkabine, sondern nur mir einem Vorhang getrennt.
