Excelente hotel em Osasco
Pros:

Estivemos de passagem no hotel. Ele é ótimo mas temos que dar o destaque para as pessoas, recepção e restaurante, foram os grandes diferenciais do atendimento. Repassem para elas por favor. Gratidão por sermos tão bem tratados. O restaurante é excelente. Tudo isso nos ajudou a ter uma boa noite de descanso na nossa longa viagem.

Se não fosse a simpatia dos funcionários e o café da manhã, minha avaliação seria muito pior.
Pros:

O quarto é espaçoso, a cama é confortável, os funcionários são muito gentis e o café da manhã é ótimo.

Cons:

O hotel todo é bem antigo. O banheiro é um mix de antiguidade que não foi feita manutenção com sujeira. Havia muito mofo no banheiro e várias partes sem limpar.
