Pros:

IL luogo tranquillo dove si riposa corpo e mente. Ideale per famiglie anche con aminali. Posizione bellissima, la fruizione delle spiagge necessita però dell'uso della macchina. Il responsabile persona gentilissima e disponibile. Bella esperienza.

Elhelyezkedes szuper ! Kilátás tokeletes! Szallasadó kedves es mindig elerhető volt ! Fürdőszoba megfelelő. Volt hajszárító, illetve bekészitve konyhai tisztitoszerek /eszkozok egy welcome csomagban.

Cons:

A bútorokat mar kellene ujabbra cserélni, bar ez biztosan az ár emelekedésével is járna. Ez a komfortérzetet nagyban növelné. Ágy sajnos kényelmetlen volt.

Die Lage. Die Aussicht. Es war sauber, alles in der Küche vorhanden. Schöner Balkon. Guter Parkplatz. Nettes Personal.

Pros:

Posizione ottima per gli spostamenti. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato con annessa farmacia, un ottimo ristorante a tre minuti di auto, ed una tenuta vinicola bellissima. La casa è ben organizzata, con un terrazzino e una bella vista sul paesaggio circostante.

Très belle vue sur la mer depuis les hauteurs, et une terrasse très agréable pour tous les repas dehors :-) . Appartement commode avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et une chambre spacieuse pour les enfants.super!

La posizione strategica è molto tranquilla, il sig. Roberto ci ha accolto in modo molto gentile, l'appartamento è adatto per due persone, con lo stretto necessario come stoviglie. Ha un terrazzino dove poter mangiare all'aperto in pace.

Il materasso è i cuscini erano troppo morbidi per i nostri gusti.

Ci sono sicuramente posti migliori, ma anche peggiori.
Pros:

La struttura era a circa 15 minuti da Portoferraio, quindi comoda per la sera, per i ristoranti e per le spiagge. Location carina con compagnia di gattini molto socievoli. Tv moderna e frigo ampio. Bella vista.

Cons:

Il barbecue non c’era. Le stanze erano sporche. Il condizionatore emanava un brutto odore. La doccia perdeva acqua. Gli utensili della cucina erano pochi e sporchi.
