Hotel muito bem situado. Excelente atendimento na receção. Quarto espaçoso e muito bem equipado ("upgrade" para um Quarto Superior, por gentileza do hotel). Boas-vindas no quarto (água, doces e fruta). Estacionamento do próprio hotel, muito acessível e a um preço razoável. Acesso direto ao antigo Mercado do Bom Sucesso.
Não ter uma janela com visão direta para o exterior (a janela abria para o espaço de restauração do antigo Mercado). Pequeno-almoço pouco variado, para um hotel de quatro estrelas.
