Noisy location with interstate traffic
Difficulty finding entrance

The general manager, when I spoke with him on the phone to get my refund, do to the problem on their end & is not having a room when we got there & reservations had been made days a head of time, he was very rude on the phone.

Pros:

Right off the freeway. Very friendly staff at desk and breakfast. Room was clean.

Cons:

It was fine but price was too high for roadside hotel that needs updates. Hallways and elevator rundown and dirty.

BREEZIE MADE OUR STAY SO MUCH BETTER. SHE WAS AMAZING. SHE WORKED THE FRONT DESK, HELPED IN THE KITCHEN, AND TOOK TIME TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING.

The room was very clean.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable room, good size. Breaffast with hot foods. I always like fresh waffles too. Nice dining area. Accessible room with grab bars for high toilet and tub.

Cons:

The bathtub was supposed to be for accessible but only had grab bars. You would not be able to take a shower if you had mobility issues or were in a wheelchair.

Nice room. A few issues that I'm sure they would have addressed but we just wanted to go to sleep.
Pros:

It was quiet and convenient to the interstate. The breakfast was good. The beds were clean and comfy. The desk staff was very nice.

Cons:

When we checked into 2 rooms late and tired. The shower was running and had been running for a while in one of them. I notified the front desk as I didn't want to be charged for any damages. It was an uncomfortable night for both rooms as none of us realized, until the next morning, that the air was adjustable by a thermostat on the wall. Possibly consider signage. The TV remote wouldn't turn on the TV in one room.
